One of the smallest tanks ever and a massive Soviet machine are fighting for the spotlight.

The IS-2 crew is a Berlin crew? Meaning, it's a BIA zero skill crew?

yes, crew is 0 skill bia crew.  Crew is great, tank isn't - gun handling is troll

Both thoroughly underwhelming,

The IS-2 because of the potato gun and the none-functional armor and the EVEN90 because of it's general uncompetitiveness due to it's atrocious DPM, potato gun handling and bad mobility.

Neither are really worth the money at the moment.

Cobra 6

New offers every day and no Type 59. It is not special (OP) anymore, WG could really start to sell it from time to time. Look at Progetto, it is much better than Type and it is on sale regularly. Or T-44-100 if we stay at the meds only. So I think it is time to start to sell it. I would buy it even in a bundle.

I disagree with cobra on the ELC. Find it great fun to play - but comes into its own as a passive scout. Run it with camo crew, camo net, Bino’s and coated optics (I know some will see this as a wasted slot), and this tank is an unbelievable spotter,

Can get further into the battlefield without getting spotted, find a bush and wait for the assist to come rolling in! Concentrate on spotting mainly, then use gun late match to start picking off. Had 7K+ spotting with this fellow.

edit: A couple of caveats to add

 - power to weight could do with a buff - is a slow starter

 - not sure if the wheeled vehicles rushing forward will rain on its parade a little as a spotter. Though it does stat remarkably invisible until vehicles are pretty close.

DPM is low, but I see this more of a spotter than damage dealer.

'Can you catch the Even 90?' it says on the WOT news. Quite easily given it accelerates slower than an ice cream van. Great fun to play though once it gets going.

I had ELC EVEN 90 on a rental and it was a very fun and enjoyable tank to play with. It can avoid being hit much better than wheeled vehicles can because of it's small size.

I bought the IS-2 a few years back. Not very happy with it, the gun is really awfull and the pen vs tier 9 is a fast trip back to the garage. You can't snipe with it and brawling gets punished unless you are top tier.

Only the crew is decent but not the tank itself and that's what you are really paying for.

I am an average player but Is6 is much more fun and competitive, the IS-2 frustrates me alot. Sometimes I take it out for a spin to give it a chance but then it reminds me how average the tank is and the I leave it for a while.

Right now many of my games have 6 light tanks per side.

The ELC Even 90 is terrible vs other light tanks.

Everything has gone into camo so its all but invisible however Putting on a 90mm gun means it fires slowly and takes an age to reload the clip.

Its very light and given the engine power, that translates into slow acelleration and everytime you run into objects you lose speed.

A wooden fence is ok anything else is deadly if you are trying to get away from another tank.

The new wheeled vehicles and most other light tanks mean trouble

cannot run cannot fight but you can hide

Needs a mobility and fire power buff, but you know they won't.

I´ve got the French frog,

not worth it,

however,

I cannot play it right - do not enjoy the style of gameplay requested.

This story was short and sad. I feel sorry for my money.

WG is lying! Look at this lie: The ELC EVEN 90: a tank so tiny that it can hide anywhere and retain high speeds, regardless of the terrain <-- (this is total lie, because hiting wooden fence while driving on 60 km/h, you are slowing down, so dont even think keep the speed on small hill). Wg dont lie to people while trying to get some money.
