Hi :) 

So, I have this problem, I couldn't play because game kept kicking me from server (in random interval from like 30s to 10 minutes), as you can probably guess, you can't really play when something like that happens... 

I had no time to play anyway, so I uninstalled WoT... 

Then I installed it back, same issue... So I wrote ticket on support, only got unbelievably common answer, probably bot... Because of that, I thought support is useless (not even trying to help), then after some googling I tried to delete cache (everything what has something to do with WoT in appdata folder), but guess what, after that I can't even connect to server... So I tried to check integrity of game - it did nothing, still same... 

Then I thought let's give support one more chance, maybe there will be actual human this time... But no, support isn't working... 

Well here I am, I don't even know why I write this, I don't expect anyone to help me, maybe just... Wargaming, do something with your support, I know there are lot of people out there with some problems, but ignoring them isn't the best way how to handle things.

If you are getting kicked from the game that often then it's a problem with your internet.  You might want to start there.

 

As for not being able to raise a ticket, it seems to be a common issue, using a different web browser has worked for some.

yeah, internet issue, sure...

ping to google via cmd - 8-20ms, packet loss 0%

pingplotter to wot servers - average ping around 22, packet loss 0%

 

problems in other games - 0 (including BF, CS GO, PUBG...)

 

 

this would be the last place where I would go with my internet connection problem :)

ok, tell me why only wot has a problem, no other game/service/app? 

 

 

it's awesome - I can't connect to the server, but I can write to the forum... Guess I'm offline then...

WoT copes badly with internet connection drops.

 

Where other apps will recover without you even noticing WoT will throw you out of the game.

 

But you shouldn't be dropping connection that often, that is your problem.

a) I won't connect to a server anymore

b) packet loss 0% means there is no issue with connection

Those two statements are contradictory.

Only support will truly be able to help you with matters like this and you need to give them various WG checks and ping plotter info to help diagnose the problem. If you're having issues opening support, using a different browser will usually remedy this issue.

Change that interval back to the default, it's choking your router.  If you are going to run traces to both servers at once you might even want to increase it from the default. The rest of the trace is fine.

 

You need to find out where you are getting cut off, running the trace until you get a disconnect might help.  You could also try checking your router logs.

 

You appear to be under 3? layers of NAT, what kind of internet connection is it?

Got the same problem recently. Random kicks from server while playing frontline no problems with other games , movie streams or downloads. happened only in wot.

Because we, as players, have to support them :trollface:
WG´s customer service/support is not working in any way. Unfortunately good game has the worst customer support which is very unprofessional and sending just irrelevant, automatically answers that neither helping you to solve your problem nor have something to do with your issue. After that they are just closing tickets like nothing ever happens claiming that the problem is solved :facepalm:
I see that now they went even further and people are not even able to send a ticket :trollface:

replying to a 5 months old topic+ support is bad, but if you dont like wg,stop buying things. your wallet/pocket will be happier.
