OK as Warhammer fan i would buy this ... but its expensive ,i dont know if this has some connection with Games workshop being even more greedy than WG

one aspect i like from KV 2 R is the fact it can train all type of heavy tanks crews, i hope the new crew skin update brings some Imperial guard Skins into this but thats a very high hope

27 euros, its more than a LT432 or a pref t8 MM tank like a Superpershing or a ravioli. Its close to 7000-7500k gold mark if not mistaken.

Do they want to protect the matchmaker from kv2 flood ?.I love kv2 and would buy it in slighly bigger price than rest of t6 prems but for 27 euros no.No interest in paying for warhammer stuff...

Normal kv2 deserves his own crew, gonna keep playing my standard one .

I seem to remember all the Berlin tanks were priced higher so this is no surprise.

£23-47 is roughly the same price as a tier 7 Heavy tank  anyone remember what they were selling the IS-2 for last week.

Just trying to estimate what price they put on a BIA crew though of course the KV2 has 6 and the IS-2 only 4

As for the skin its a special finish/camo based on others for sale in the game that's about £2-80

£13 to £14 for the tank + Special finish means the BIA crew seems to be priced at around £6 or £7

Its just a Guestimate of course.

My point is when it comes to complaining about bloated prices on the tank we are probably arguing about less than £3

A Premium KV2 with a BIA crew and NO special finish probably £21 as against £23-47

Bring in as many fantasy special skins as you like I am sure Girls und Panzer skins would do well maybe Minions too.

Get on the anime train as well with Hello Kitty or even my little pony who really cares.

Tick the box in settings and you do not see them but they are available for those willing to pay for them.

What about the Mordian skin for the BDR G1 B?

Maybe if it came with the bundle the pricing would be more reasonable.

it makes more credits than the kv2 as it's a premium. I love mine.

How about grinding for a KV-2 and learn to play the game a bit?

Maybe not pay to win but certainly pay to play.

At least nerf this premium tank a bit not a tiny change in mobility....

Price here is no issue there will be a lot of idiots who buy this tank and make Wargaming even richer as it is now.

I'd be such a sucker and buy this, despite not really playing russian tanks, just for "reasons" luckily it's overpriced so my wallet will live.

I would buy it if it was priced accordingly and also available for gold. But on the other hand, thanks to overpriced bundles, we don't have tier 6 matches constantly flooded by this.

Oh look, its the tier 6 heavy that costs over £10 more than other premium tier 6 tanks.

No thanks Wargaming, didn't want it when it 1st came out and still don't want it.

Oh and fantasy warhammer skins should have no place in a predominantly WW2 tank game.

Still need to sell it without the skin, as that is what bloats the price too much.

But the skin is part of the celebration of this tank and I don't imagine you will see one without the other.

That's fine, not everyone is a fan of collecting Warhammer, those who are, are familiar with the need for more Warhammer!

Give the standard option a standard price tag and we have a deal.

This would be the price of a collaborative skin/style like this I'm sorry to inform you.

More guys with BIA, you have to pay more.

This part is actually a "free" element.

i bought it whend first apeared... at the time,i allso fought it is expensive for a tier 6 vehicol...but verry soon i changed my mind...the damm thing whorth all the monay...it is a premium kv2...for all of us who love kv2,that is all that is to be sayed...it work with any soviet heavy crew,BUT  his own crew come with preset bia,so basicly second row skils is as it was first...it grow miraculously....it is the best posible  crew trainer ...allso,i use it masivly in all maratons .do a great job,due to the fact is basicly not affected by bad tier mm (is even better whend bottom tier than whend it is top tier...whit it,iou feel like chasing flyes with a sledgehammer whend  fight against tier 4)...

And about credits...ok,it not produce as much as a tier 8 vehicol,of course, but is more like close to what a tier a tier 7 dose...but the fun...nothing bit the fun  it provide...

My advice,if love kv2 ,and afford it,it is one of the best toys wg did providit for us so far...for me at least....

 LE

skin is removable, iou can put on it what ever iou like...and  bug of not showing gun marks was fixit,,but need to remove the skin, and put a standard camo on it to be shown

  The emperor approves!

What if it was the price of the Inquisitions approval that increased the cost?

View Post8126Jakobsson, on 05 March 2019 - 08:38 AM, said:

True, but how the deal was made is quite important. If they pay a royalty fee for every digital unit sold then the price makes more sense (if we pretend that the standard pricing for all these tanks are "fair" to begin with). But if they just paid for the right of usage then it's better to put a more attractive tag on it and sell as much as possible, especially since this is the second(?) go and the more eager fans have already got theirs. There are no manufactory costs to speak of really, after all. We don't know and it doesn't matter to me as a customer though. I just see an overpriced (for what I get in comparison) tank, so my money is staying with me this time. :P

I would ask you to consider the fact the skin is sold as separate when it is in fact a pairing with the tank, but not part of the vehicle itself that might highlight some of the details involved.

What is the point buy ower priced tank.... Making money little more than usual kv2 ...I don't think wargaming profit money on this tank... make normal price and you see how profit...

Clearly you have not spent enough time with the KV2 and printing credits with premium bonus!

I treated myself to one because my birthday is coming up and I felt like spending money on something ridiculously pointless ... and it hardly gets any more pointless than this :teethhappy:

Btw, the price is outrageous, of course, but then I suspect that Wargaming has to pay a hefty licence fee to Games Workshop as well, which puts things in perspective a bit. And yes, it is completely fictitious, but then - we have a Centurion in the game that has 5 team members rather the historic 4 (Primo Victoria), an ELC EVEN with three crew members (instead of the historic 2), we have a Tier X Russian light tank that weighs 66% less than the German one even though it has way more armour ... perhaps it is time for Wargaming to drop the pretence of realism once and for all.

I think I asked it already last time when the KV-2 R came to the shop for another run, so I ask again - where is the Mordian BDR skin pack? I missed out on it the first time, and I've had the tank waiting for the crew from the bundle for a good while.

It is better to die for the emperor than to live for yourself!

I don't have it, but I'm wondering why it doesn't cost 15-20 euros like the CromwellB and T34 Rudy. Perhaps it's the skin..

Have the normal one and not playing too much with it so it would be a waste.

Have fun if you do get it, however!

Green is bezt!

I hope you guys like a bit of lore (wargaming take a sit and learn)

this tank is was supposed to be a replacement for Leman Russ main battle tank  in W40k when a planet called krieg went into a full scale civil war for 500 years. they fought for soooooooooo long they lost almost all of the standard gear and tanks so they improvised and made this tank... so here begins 4 problems in this tank as lore ( i already mentioned its real life problems in game)

1. As far as i know it uses the same canon as the Leman Russ not a derpy 152!

2. Original name is Ragnarok not KV2

3. The planet that uses this  tank is krieg... Valhalla is another planet with its own dedicated regiments of imperial guard ( not to mention no body uses this crap outside of krieg!!!)

4. orginal model has 2 x heavy stubbers machingun as sponson  . plus a one as hull mounted for the driver
