No problem with emperor - I mean to say that the phrase " die or die trying " does not make sense .

I believe from what I remember this is a rare occurrence with the occasional pop-up! I don't know when it will be, but I will add that players are asking for it!

It is better to die for the emperor than to live for yourself!
I don't have it, but I'm wondering why it doesn't cost 15-20 euros like the CromwellB and T34 Rudy. Perhaps it's the skin..
Have the normal one and not playing too much with it so it would be a waste.
Have fun if you do get it, however!
Green is bezt!
Tanks like this with IP collaboration do generally tend to be more expensive!

I hope you guys like a bit of lore (wargaming take a sit and learn)
this tank is was supposed to be a replacement for Leman Russ main battle tank in W40k when a planet called krieg went into a full scale civil war for 500 years. they fought for soooooooooo long they lost almost all of the standard gear and tanks so they improvised and made this tank... so here begins 4 problems in this tank as lore ( i already mentioned its real life problems in game)
1. As far as i know it uses the same canon as the Leman Russ not a derpy 152!
2. Original name is Ragnarok not KV2
3. The planet that uses this tank is krieg... Valhalla is another planet with its own dedicated regiments of imperial guard ( not to mention no body uses this crap outside of krieg!!!)
4. orginal model has 2 x heavy stubbers machingun as sponson . plus a one as hull mounted for the driver
I know the reference but it would be somewhat unaligned to have an exact copy in the game when instead you can get close! For some reason, though I remember the KV2 being more aligned to a Orc tank.

Really loving this, when the Berlin tanks returned players were over the moon because if they already owned the tank they could buy it again and again and again.
They got gold and a second third forth crew etc.
I don't remember many complaining.
Well that's all this tank is a Berlin, I cannot say if they still hold to the deal of gold plus crew for buying multiple times they may have nerfed that.
If it still works its pretty useful if you need crews buy 2 of these use some of the gold to retrain those 12 crew members and you have three 4 man crews with BIA.

I found the price tag very high for this tank but as it can earn as much as with a tier 8 premium and the MM is better, I decided to buy it. Not to mention that Warhammer 40k is one of my favourites and this skin looks veeery badass. KV-2 is always fun to play, so no regret. To the Valhalla!
P.S.: Wargaming should bring us more of skins like this, to make regular tanks premium plus they look great.

Same as many people here, I was looking forward to get a KV-2® as fun replacement for my Churchill III (Pref MM can be annoying for platoonmates)
But since the price is the same than a KV-122 or IS-2 : Meh ![]()

so far it is the only usefull premium derp in the game...(grostractor and bt7 art are nice and fun,but beeng tier 3 make them compleatly useless for any misions)...i wonder, whend wg will delight us with a second usefull premium derp?

I absolutely would have bought this tank but I happened to be away for 3 days when your ridiculous sale was going on. How stupid is it to have such a short sale opportunity. Your attempt at making this tank artificially rare is silly.
This silliness cost you a sale.

Why such a short sales time?! I missed it wanted it pretty bad. Please put it up for sale again as long as you can remove the fictional camouflage dress.

I have to change my previous comments about this tank.
I claimed that the price was high because of the BIA crew and that the ragnarok finish only added maybe 3 pounds.
While Heavy tanks are generally priced a little higher than Mediums today they put the Cromwell B on sale for £12-37.
Like the KV2 R it has a BIA crew 4 man not 6 but even so.
So while I still believe the KV2 R is an excellent premium tank Its price isn't because of the crew or the Ragnarok finish.
Its probably because its simply a newer tank and I have no problem with tanks being priced higher because they are new that's simply how the world works.
Once its been out a while and sales drop it will probably be cheaper.
There was in fact no way a plain KV2 R with no special finish or crew was going to be sold for much less than it did.

WG have said in the past that:
a) the BIA crew are effectively free on this tank
b) the higher price is due to the royalties they must pay Games Workshop
As was pointed out earlier in this thread, b makes sense if it is an agreed percentage per unit sold. If that is not the case, then to be honest, they have to keep the price as it was, to avoid upsetting those of us who paid that price the first time around (if that was the only time royalties had to be paid),
