Still a decent tank ... in fact, I think it is one of the most well-balanced premium tanks in the game, and it is actually a personal favourite of mine, despite the lacklustre mobility and the low DPM.
This marketing nonsense about a tank that is available in the shop all year round is a bit silly, though.

for a new player ~ or a poor player ~ or a player not used to Heavy Tank playstyle the Lowe will be very frustrating ))and to your teammates as well
