When they are underperforming, do you send the skilled crew to the barracks and replace it with 50% guys just to teach them a lesson, or remove camouflage from the tank so it would feel naked and ugly? Tough love and all that?

You will know when the punishment is starting. You will hear my female British commander shout "Penetration".

Well I sometimes punished incompetent crews by removing equipment, camo and gold ammo until they performed better:medal:

I've driven them off a cliff as punishment so many times I wouldn't be surprized some crews will learn to fly the tank in the near future

When I have simply had enough, I return the vehicle to stock (if I have the modules), remove all ammo and consumables, send the crew to barracks to think on what they have done and don't play for as long as it takes.

I think that the STA-1 has been in this state for something like 18 months to 2 years.

The only one who needs punishment is viktor and his mafia team.

No, when they behave and/or perform extremely bad I take them to battle again immediately so they can die over and over like Tom Cruise in Edge of Tomorrow.

I never punish any of my crews after all wargamming punish them every single day what with crap MM and then RNG and just when they think it can get no worse they suffer the indignity of the fabled “Maradonna” syndrome, the hand of God strikes them low from above with no warning no skill and zero compassion.

And when they perform well it's due to your skill ?

Isn't playing a battle at the moment punishment enough for them? They've got to their high level and it's made a mockery of by the poor state of the game, a genius crew would struggle in the game now.

It is 100% related to gameplay, crew/tank punishments are meted out for poor gameplay.

I prefer it when my crews punish me.
