Based on my recent ticket response, WG do not abide by the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 in favour of their own "rules".

When pushed about it, they close the ticket so they can't respond to it anymore - way to go WG!

Which Consumer Rights Act 2015 section are you talking about? Be specific.

the specifics weren't my point - my point was that when questioned about it, WG just say that they abide by their rules and then close the ticket so no further discussion can take place.

You are probably incorrect.  Do you just want us to take your word?  And do what?

Without specifics your claim is null & void.

what claim?   i'm merely stating a fact...i asked them if they abide by UK  Consumer Rights Act 2015 about 3 times, each time they refused to answer saying that they abide by their rules and then closed the ticket.

No, you stated a claim, not a fact. Please specify claim.

are you sure you're reading the same post?   I stated a fact....something that actually happened....today....i haven't spoken about a claim, unless you're trying to be literal about it, then any comment anyone makes in here is a claim.

You did not state a fact, you stated a claim, now specify your claim or forever be at peace.

you must work at WG, because it's exactly the same attitude - if you just keep repeating the same old crap over and over then you win.

Isn't that what you are doing? Repeating the same old crap, over and over and over again? No I do not work for WG, if I do then they've failed to send me my paycheck for the past 9 years.

To be honest, I wish you were clever enough to support your unsubstantiated claims.

Ah the good old "WG shill" defence when providing no facts or useful info.

without anything to go by, what do you expect from asking the forums? we don't know what your on about or what you think WG are doing wrong.. are you expecting a pat on the head and a cookie?

Hi Isharial, to be honest, i wasn't really asking the forum a question, i was just making a statement based on my personal experience (maybe to see if anyone else has similar experience) i wasn't expecting so many WG affiliates to jump on the post and start flaming so quickly.

I also thought i was pretty clear in my statement, maybe i'll make the words not so complicated and shorter sentences next time.
