I am not quite sureif  digital goods  can also  be returned in 14 days,...

Un-used you are probably correct. If the goods are faulty then they can be returned.

The goods in this case are NOT faulty and have been used.

Tough Tiddy methinks.

Other point, just look at the various game platforms like Steam and Epic Store.

They all offer refunds for games (not in-game goods) unless you've played it for more than 2 hours.

Since one kinda needs to play a game to see if there's issues with it (e.g. doesn't run properly on your PC).

An example of that would be Fallout 4 if you're still using a 4:3 or 5:4 aspect ratio monitor:

Fallout 4 simply cannot be displayed properly on such a monitor unless you use third-party mods that fix it (for that specific game at least).

A different case would be if the product is not what you expected it to be.

Example, you expect an overpowered premium tank and instead it is underpowered or *gasp* balanced.

The Fallout example is a completely different issue....Hell I had HL2 for a year before I could afford to upgrade my internet to actually download it in less time than it would have taken to complete the Kessel Run.

Buying a Pixel tank and sending it back because it does exactly what it says is nonsense.

I’d assume the OP had heard about the right to send something bought online back within 14 for any reason but not realised this applies to physical goods only. Interestingly though I think it would apply to premium time as services also have a cancel within 14 days clause.

Nice reference, but I don't think it is ever stated how long it takes the Millenium Falcon to travel 1 parsec, making the reference fairly meaningless.

I can see it already, buy 14 days of premium ask for a refund on the 12th day. :D

The do have the right to make you pay for the bit of the service you’ve used, so if you want a cheap weekend’s premium then buy a years worth.

ISDN with channel-bonding was not that bad back in the days.

I had awesome good ping to CS servers. :)

PS: I stopped playing CS at version 1.6 if I remember correctly.
not sure if the FN57 and FN-P90 combo is still that good.

I actually read this non-sense all the way through, and almost died of laughter.

Spoiler

But to be fair, the very first post was already an obvious troll attempt. How did nobody see this coming?

It was my first taste of online gaming as before that I’d only played play-by-mail games.

Are we really 'buying' digital goods when buying a premium tank?

Wasn't there somewhere in the tiny EULA letters that you actually buy the license the play with that digital good for as long as wargaming keep their servers open, and as soon as you started playing with the tank, Wargaming fulfilled their part of the deal?

Whilst I will pass on the offer of buggeration, at last this thread has found a purpose
