I have exaclty the same problem.

 

Also completed more than needed like you and still the reward mission is unavailable. I had this yesterday and thought well maybe I have to wait one day but now only 7 ours left.

I played a game a win in top 5 and still nothing.

 

Any one any clue how to fix this?

Is this mission bugged ? Mission interface in game is so confusing sometime.

The way to display mission progress is so difficult to understand!!! It's incredible how many design flaws this game has after so many years.
 

6 hours to go and I have all missions done but can't play the 4th...

I can understand your confusion. ​ 

There is mistake in mission description and name in game, as well as in the article. In fact, you completed 4 "Enter the Spring" missions. Last one is called "Greener Pastures" - this is mistake. Thanks to you, we are aware of it now. 

The one you see as unfulfilled, is the last stage of the event. You just need to play a battle. Please clear the cache in game and run the game in safe mode - this should eliminate possible displaying issues.

Dont bother following the instructions because it doesnt work, I reinstalled the game after full removal but still didnt work.

 

 

As right now We do not have further information about issues with those mission.

Dear 2_Expendable,

Thank you for contacting Wargaming Customer Support.

Unfortunately it was just a display error for the missions as seemed completed.
Most likely you missed one mission's period that's why you didn't managed to get all 4 tokens.

This is what missions description is:
If you miss two consecutive days or choose to join the celebration in the middle of the event, don't worry: you'll still be able to collect a few tokens and their respective rewards!

For example: If you complete the Enter the Spring #1 mission and miss the Enter the Spring #2, but achieve the last two missions, you will still receive a total of 3 tokens, allowing you to unlock the first three lines of rewards below.

So apparently I missed something. Which is possible. But when playing the game and viewing the missions it did not show I missed anything at all. All mission have the status "completed". So I was playing for the missions under the illusion I could get the final reward. If I had known I all ready failed early on I would not have bothered. At the end the mission screen also shows me that I completed 4 missions and thus makes me believe I have all the 4 tokens.

WG also answers with "most likely" which suggest they do not know either if or what I missed.

 

And It seems I am not the only one with this experience based on posts here.

 

Rather disappointing they presented this so badly in game and not even bothered to explain it on the forum or some other announcement.

I know for a fact that I missed the first mission, which was only available for completion for 24 hours. Regardless, the UI later on showed it (and the other missions) as completed. That, and the fact that the choice of names of the missions was quite unfortunate has caused a lot of confusion. I really don't mind not receiving a reward that I wasn't entitled to in the first place - just think the whole matter could have been better handled from the WG side.
