I'm using the PZIII as a scout a long time and it is absolutely wonderful in killing arty and creating a complete mayhem on the other side.
A drawback is of course the acceleration rate once you are stopped but that is something you have to learn to live with.
Plus there is the pure enjoyment of actually ramming smaller arties :Smile-izmena:

Pz3 is the best scout tank overall i ever played.
But the best agile tank that people forgets in this debate is a BT-2 - it has over 40hp/tonne and goes to max speed(55kmh) within 3-5 seconds depending on crew.
It also negates bad terrain really good and climbs steep slopes with ease.

I know armor + gun means alot too that is why its not my no1 choice.
But since people use auto aim to much they rarely hit anything that does not move in straight lines from or to them.

I want to play like a normal tank with low tiers, don't as a suicide scout with high tier destroying me in 1 hit.

Ok HOW DO YOU SCOUT?

I honestly get blown away every time i try to scout by a heavy or even another medium tank because my little Pz III cant harm a thing (still need to get the 75 gun)

But my real question is how do i scout  and kill arty effectively in this tank?

In MY opinion, scouting is dead post-patch. So just save yourself the frustration and move up the teirs.
