Hey tankers, so, I was on wot classic and had a look thru all the old files in the windows file explorer and seen some possible files like hangar_premium.pkg is there any way some of these old files could be used to make new or return mods from the past with these available files that we have from classic? just curious as id like to see the old hangars back personally :) anyway hope this made sense

Simply no.

Modding WoT Classic isn't going to be a thing.

It lasts until next wednesday and then its gone.

So any effort put into it will last only a few days.

Secondly, you basically can't use any of the files in WoT Classic to mod the live server with.

At best, you can do a mod to change all the tanks back into their SD models, and only those in 0.7.0.

The group that would want that is probably quite niche and simply not worth the effort, if it would work at all.

Trying to do a garage mod is simply outright impossible.

Why? Because 0.7.0 uses the Bigworld engine, and the live server the EnCore engine.

At best, it could be used as a reference to what the old garage looked like, with the modding making every single asset that does into it him/herself.

And one only needs to look at all the tank remodels and garage mods out there to see how many modders are into that; you can count them on both hands at best.
