I've no idea what I was up to last night, last thing I remember was having a sip of beer and then when I wake up today I'm blue, and I've remained blue for 10 whole matches despite being in the top half of the team every match.

How do I get rid of my blueness? Incidentally nobody from my own team has shot at me for the whole 10 matches so maybe I'm not blue to them and it's all a big ruse by WG.

If you are blue, you are to everyone. You must have done something, shot someone. You don't turn blue for nothing. If you save your replays you watch your last 10 replays and see why you are blue. If there is no reason the submit a ticket to support with your evidence.

I looked back, I shot some dude twice. But why am I blue for 15 matches now for that? It's not like I'm a habitual team damager

How many of those 15 battles were victories?

You are only blue to yourself.  It's a warning.

You are not blue to your own team, that only happens in the battle you turned blue.

In my experience, which is not much since I rarely turn blue, you must have repeated that action (shooting allies) again which extended your blue status. You usually stay blue for 5 6 matches then return to your normal stat.

Probably over half, I was playing crappy tanks in case I was team-killed but nobody went near me

Seems like the case, surely I would have been team killed at least once in 15 matches if I were blue to the team

Yeah I shot him twice in a row for redline camping in a P44 Pantera, I never team-shoot normally but I was drunk off my [edited]at the time, such cases

Only you get to see the blue after the first match in which you turn blue, so be sure to ask your team about it, tell them about it ... i'm sure they will help you out. :)

But seriously, have you tried some of this?

Should make you less blue in due time.

You either shot someone very important or you need to end the session in account management and see if it still persists.

It's not a bug, WG have extended the duration of being blue in regards to the awards for merit..

What does it have to do with the rewards for merit?

Wrong. You only appear blue to everyone in the match you turn blue. After that it's only visible to you, as a reminder i guess.

did not think that was the case, sort of light blue warning then dark blue you are visible?

If you are depressed (blue) whilst playing this game... Stop playing.
Logging in and out won't help your mental state.

If you mean actual in game tk smurf blue.
Don't shoot, knock, or even nod any green tanks for a day. That should get rid of it.
If it doesn't I revert to nuklear above me.

I was tooning with my friend on saturday and he shot me twice after I stole 2 kills from him and prevented him from getting a top gun

He turned Blue for that match and stayed Blue to himself for the rest of the day and on sunday he was not Blue anymore, I told him to avoid shooting friendly tanks as the 3rd shot would mean a ban and he was fine.

The blue only goes when you do some damage to enemies.

Either that or it's an April fools joke.  By WG or by you.

Actually if you notice a lot of times people are blue in your battle while they have done nothing wrong. That's because they turned blue in the previous match.

I don't think there is any color change. It's just blue. No light or dark difference. When you turn blue I think you are visible to everyone.
