merkava have place in this game. if the australian centurion can enter, then the israelin shot should treat as well. then they can built techtree base on this line. and for the first time maybe they can make a salad line mixing french usa british and israeli top tier. anyway the low tiers has not that much meaning, what important is 6 to 10.

So basically you want a better, improved Israeli version of a UK or USA tank at every tier?

Quick edit: now I'm thinking of it, the Ravioli works fine. It's an old design, improved and put on a higher tier. Very unique gameplay if you ask me. I like the glasscanon concept for mediumtanks. But in that way they might not come up with a good tier X which fits in the chronological path of a techtree. But than again: the STRV's are from the 70's and so is the STB-1. Maybe a Merkava prototype is viable.

More content is better. I'm not the kind of player that grinds everything, I only grind the lines I like.

Why not?

There is also improved T54, T55, and T62 as well for the lovers of USSR MT's, improved Cromwell for t6 lovers, improved Shermans for Sherman Lovers, a whole bevy of arty for arty lovers, Micro Maus in as a tier 2 (yes, Israel had the Micro Maus)  Vastly improved M46/7/8/60's for Patton lovers, and the precious Shot Kal's for Centurion Lovers, and Merkava prototypes and Mk1's and 2's for those players that love brawling in HT's.

Win Win Win Win Win Win Win Win

Israel needs to exist in world of tanks. What is a neutral nation like Sweden who hasn't fought a war since 1809 have to be in a game like this?? Israel history and war history has nice and God sealed protection of epic proportions. Israel needs to come to wot.

I understand the national pride that is involved here, but I still believe that the Israeli tech tree will not add anything new. The Swedish tech tree added new tanks with innovations that we don't see on other tech trees (I'm referring to the TDs) Personally, an Israeli tech tree would mostly be "cut and paste" tanks with slight modifications.

So we're back to the same question, content for the sake of content, or adding tech trees that add variety to the game. I feel that we have enough "cut and paste" tanks in this game.

To be fair, it seems WG is bringing in israeli tanks, but under other nation's tech trees. It's something they tend to do when a nation has some interesting tanks, but not enough to make a full tech tree. Unless big enough playerbase from that nation, then they will make a way to make it work, see polish & chinese tech tree.

Nations with unique mechanics seem to have a pass as well (swedish tank suspension tech)

In short, if you enjoy playing israeli tanks, they're quite some in the game, just under different tech tree (this counts for quite many nations like greek tanks & romanian tanks being in the game as well, in various tech trees)

Israeli tanks already ingame:

- H35 (hotchkiss) T2 frenchie, heavy armored light tank

- Cromwell tank (british T6 med)

- M4 Sherman (US T5 med)

- AMX 13 75 (French T7 light tank)

M48 Patton (TX US med tank)

- The Sherman 105 ( also knows in wot as revalorisé/ravioli tank, the T8 french sherman prem tank)

- Centurion mk 7 (T9 brit med tank)

- M60 ( TX US med, clan war reward only)

- M22 Locust (the T3 US prem light)

- H39 (german prem T2 light, also known as micromaus)

Bonus:

Magach: The M48 & M60 pattons ingame, both have the trademark 105 gun. Albeit the M60 patton will be hard to get (CW reward tank)

Sho't: the Centurion Mk 7 with 105mm gun

So plenty of Israeli tanks ingame & they're often decent to good tanks for their tiers. Also shows that making a separate Israeli tech tree would be a mess regarding tank characteristics & crew occupations.

But if you really want your own nation ingame, convince your fellow countrymen to play WoT en masse, that helps. Just don't expect WG to give your historical tanks in a tech tree, as lately they seem keen on introducing napkin designed tanks (see  Italian  & Polish tech tree).

Well quite, I don’t see what an Israeli tech tree adds to the game except we have an Israeli tech tree.

Everyone wants BETTER tanks.  More OP tanks.

Personally, I want realistic tanks (don't bother to start the Arcade game litany, pls) with stats and performance that doesn't get fudged about every 3 months or so.

It’s just saying that unlike say the Swedish or Italian lines there is no new gameplay mechanism or even play-style, well at least with the trees I've seen proposed.
