Hi.  I’ve been playing WOT for 5 years now and about 20k battles. 

The lest few issues I’ve had, I’ve had the miss fortune of getting Anthony Curtis Of customer service as my helper.  I’m calling you out as the worst customer service rep of any game I’ve played.  Just copy and paste answers.   

Totally pathetic and NOT GOOD ENOUGH.

I just think after 5 years of playing the game myself and everyone else DESERVES human answers to our support tickets. It’s just NOT good enough.

First time using customer support? Then again depends on what you asked or wanted help with. As even support is limited on what they can and can't do. Thus the copy paste replies.

Perhaps if it was a smaller game with fewer numbers. They used to have staff to deal with complaints but they got overwhelmed with the shear number of tickets. So, they brought in some automated systems to help deal with the tsunami. Copy and paste is OK if it answers your questions, but if not just keep reopening the ticket and you will get the actual human...eventually.

If the ticket was warranted and followed the rules and guidelines, you will of course win your point.

If not, keep on calling out whoever you want ....

 

Sometimes you may need to exchange back and forth which is totally normal.

 

PS: ranting in the forums might actually hurt your case, just saying.

2nd PS: I forgot, copy paste answers are the norm as every CS in the world is flooded with all kind of nonsense requests, totally normal again.

I understand customer service have loads of tickets to get through.  But I’ve looked at my last 5 tickets and Anthony has copy and pasted ALL of them.  All the same !!!! I just hope they’re on £1 an hour as copy and pasting all day deserves nothing more.  

I’m not happy at all.

Maybe if you'd send support something worthy of their attention, maybe then you'll get a human reply.

If I was on a pound an hour and got a snottygram ticket I know which end of the pile it would be going to. Unfortunately most people think Customer Service of any type should only give the answer they want to hear; unfortunately this is rarely the case.

Please ensure you choose the right support options when creating a ticket to ensure you get to the right representative for the issue you're having. 

 

Otherwise, you will get replies to issue you report, but you're not having because you've gone through the "wrong" channels.

And if you talk to him like you talk about him on the forum I wouldn't blame him for putting his feet on the desk when he see's your Support Ticket.

dude...(almost) all those names are made up, you might get to some human after an ordeal of immense proportion...but zero guarantees!

 

I´d bet a beer there´s no more than ten people trying to catch up on tickets that where rigorously re-re-re-opened due to complete nonsensical answers in the first place...

Quite the opposite of what eekeeboo states there...it is very possible to select all the right topics and subtopics within a ticket and still get a complete BS answer, which on top is totally unrelated - and rest assured, those bots can be tenacious in c&p´ing their "logs" over and over again...

Exactly same pathetic customer service experience here.
They do not respect their customers.
I just uninstall the game after 3 tickets all 3 replied by Anthony Curtis..Bot or human I do not care. 
Keep it up Wargaming.. after bots for customer service, bots in the game to be able to fix 15vs15 games. End is near and that's what you deserve frankly speaking.

So you've uninstalled a game you've spent thousands of hours playing because you didn't get the response you wanted from support? Shows just how narrow minded you truly are. Funnily enough, every time I log a ticket through the right channels, it always gets answered correctly. Ever thought it's not the system which is the issue, but it's you?
