!!! The Camera Mod is now obsolete. Pressing "v" will do the job !!!

Camera Mod for 0.7.0

Hello everyone  

With 0.7.0 WG provides us with the replay feature. Unfortunatly, there is no possibility to remove the HUD. Even the CameraMan Mod is incompatible. My mod fixes this problem.



Installation:

Please follow this instruction to make the de-/activation as easy as possible.


Step 1:
Since swapping all of the necessary files is pretty much uncomfortable, there is a solution which makes life easier:

Link: -> Generic Mod Enabler

Download this tool and install it into your game directory. (change to your appropriate path)



Then you start JSGME for the first time and the following dialogue ist showing up.



Confirm it, so JSGME creates a new folder named 'MODS' in your game directory.


Step 2:

Download the camera mod itself:
Download

Extract the archive into the new 'MODS' folder.



It should look like this:





Schritt 3:

Practically, you're done. You are now able to switch this mod on and off pretty easily.
To do that, open JSGME and select a mod. Click on the arrow to activate it.



Now the "Camera Mod for 0.7.0" is in the column for the activated mods. To deactivate it, simply reverse the procedure.



Simple and quite comfortable, am i right?

So +1 for this mod. It's what should have been in game option from the start, but we all know how things work around here.

This is great for clean sleek looking videos, but I wish you could control what to show and not show on screen.
Like for example I want only to show the OTM makers and everything else clean, so I can see the damage done.

Can you make a version of Camera Mod to work like that?

Hi, great mod. But can u get rid of green/red line which shows for spg's in artillery mode?

Right now I use 'V' to hide all of the interface and 'M' to bring back the minimap.

I was wondering how easy it would be to customise the UI to suit my needs for video recording. I'd like to remove the chat and contour bars entirely and I think I can get a stripped down crosshair to fit into the game.

Basically I'd like to have the DamagePanel showing with the minimap, any capture progress and My Team-Enemy Team kills at the top. The whole crosshair thing and vehicle outlines might be kept too, I don't know how the videos would look.
