A "100% Trained Crew" err hmm?

is that just the same as we get if we buy a Premium Tank in the Premium Shop comes with a "Trained Crew" at 100% ready to start the 1st Skill?

 

Or 

1st Skill is already at 100% Trained    same as a BIA crew   and you now choose the 2nd skill   which is at 0% ready to go?

as I "think" you mean below (yes?

enough crew XP for 2 100% perks/skills for the crew members

The way I read it is you get a 100% crew with 2 skills (which you can choose yourself).

They say it's a 100% crew that you can train : no BIA.

 

I'm afraid I can only play until 26th : no crew for me

Very nice and shall try to play for these even though i have already started my Leo grind again ready for the Swedish Mediums, i moved the crew from my Primo Victoria instead

About an hour ago I was thinking I need another decent Swedish crew think Ill buy the primo Victoria.

So I did.

Not a bad plan but part of me wishes I had waited.

I have to admit that WG learned how to do specials. From the last year Christmas/New Year special we constantly had attractive missions, marathons, frontline, specials and so on.

Are the 2 skills counting and the 3th skill will take as much experience as a normal crew would ?

Bang goes my plan of buying cans of actual Surströmming so I could try it out. £25 a can.

• Earn 15.000 Battle XP over any amount of battles

does this mean that the 2x xp counts too? As it normally would say ... BASE xp, I would say (hope) battle XP means that if you have your first win or a directive you get the total amount of  xp gained from the battle added to the mission.

I think x2, premium account, reserves bonus, etc. all count in this case.

I remembered a funny story I read years ago:

 

In 1981, a German landlord evicted a tenant without notice after the tenant spread surströmming brine in the apartment building’s staircase. When the landlord was taken to court, the court ruled that the termination was justified when the landlord’s party demonstrated their case by opening a can inside the courtroom. The court concluded that it “had convinced itself that the disgusting smell of the fish brine far exceeded the degree that fellow-tenants in the building could be expected to tolerate.”
