Thanks for the sneaky nerf of tier 6,7 and 8 HTs, let alone T9 and T10.

Will not bother to grind the line.

feedback? why? you killed the whole line.. great job!

And they still wonder, why is this game losing playerbase.

Where is the shorter reload time as a "balance" for the significant alfa lose in dmg?

Oh.. we can move faster.. hurray.. now lets make a wheeled Type5.. and it will be fun.. because this game is..

so where is the "rebalance"? i cant see any good, i means valuable changes on the types, which can balance the nerf.

At least buff it's armor.. but.. it is usless, because the kids hit the 22, and your HP, and armor gone. Bravo..

And ofc, a little lie from the big WG:

You nerf the guns of the jap heavies.

Yet you do nothing about the OP armour.

So all poor tanks lower tier them still have no chance.

Well done Wargaming.

Should be some easy gun marks to earn in a few weeks.  Just don't play them straight after the patch.

When you have a line with special characteristics and when the players have adjust to play and confront the Japanese tanks why do you have to destroy the line? And make the game poor!!! Usually for online games nerfing is the beginning of the end.  Just because a bunch of useless people cry and don't think? If the Japanese tanks are so powerful why don't they try to open the line and they just cry to nerf them ? It is much easier for them to destroy other peoples fun than to learn how to have fun for themselves!

How to put this nicely? Every tank has a certain skill cap, the higher the skill cap the higher the reward should be. This concept works well for most tanks in the game. Wheeled vehicels are an example. Easy to suicide scout, hard to master.

However every red Bot can sit in a Type 5 and do way more damage then he or she normally does in other T10 heavies. No skill needed, beyond being able to hit WAD and left click.

Therefore the nerf is overdue since a long time. Type 5 still will be forgiving to play, however it's damage output is dramatically reduced. So it remains a perfect noob tank to play.

Same concetp applies for the arty nerf. No skill needed to play arty, so the impact on the battle will be reduced.

I feel these changes are a step in the right direction.

Not really, it was WG who gave 15cm gun to improve tank characteristics because main gun (14cm) sucks. Now they claim they improved 14cm and nerfed 15cm to give different gameplay styles and reduce almighty HE spam. The last part is true but 14cm still sucks. And will be because it is sh*t not naval gun. 1st argument - naval guns are built to have decent shell speed over vast distance - 14cm on Type4/5 loses roughly 30mm of penetration from 100 to 500m range. That's huge drop. 60TP with bigger and yet more accurate gun (and with better gun handling) loses just 15mm! 14cm special ammo is AP (which loses penetration over distance) with 290mm of penetration. That's the same kind of sick joke as with french heavies where 127mm gun special ammo has only 270mm. What for? And even tier 8 soviet pancake can penetrate you with 330mm HEAT (yes object416). At the same time 430U has gun which is 440dmg & 340mm penetration on special ammo. So all in all - you can snipe with russian pancake and penetrate anything from big distance because HEAT doesn't lose penetration (and gun is fairly accurate) - which obviously require no skill but you have to get close to enemies and aim (which high aim time and big dispersion) for weakspots to either use 15cm HESH to the fullest or 14cm reliably. The only problem with that is - you won't get that close because you are going to be perforated by HEATs, and from distance your HESH most likely will miss critical weakpoints so will just blow off like regular HE while your APs will just ricochet due to low penetration.

yes the 430U is too strong at the moment, but it is not game breaking. Especially not in the hand of a bad player who tries to snipe.

The Type 5 on the other side is just retarded. Most maps are build around two funnels, where one is more important than the other (i.e Abbey) as it allows to defend the cap efficiently. A red Bot in a Type 5 will halt the push of the enemy with ease and no knowledge of weakspots etc.

I am happy about the nerf of these HE guns and the arty nerf too. It will allow better players to make more of an impact.

And 1100dmg HE was? Sure 1400dmg special ammo was overkill but regular ammo was just slightly better than same kind of armament on E100, 60TP etc. E3, E4 and Foch 155? It's basically what regular ammo Type5 was (but those at least have better accuracy and gun handling). They had plenty of options to balance things out and chose the most retarded (along with no 430U nerf!) . And about game breaking - 268V4 was, not type5 HE and it was just mildly nerfed. It still outruns a whole bunch of MTs and bounces a lot more than whole bunch of HTs.

This, the Type 5 line and in particular the derp guns they gave the higher tiers is one of the worst additions WG has made to the game and these changes rectifying it is a great change IMO.

Would still prefer they nerf their armour as well, but have to say not having to have complete skill less players derp your strongest armour for 600 damage with snap shots is a great change.

Aside maybe arty, I think the Type 4 and 5 were problem some of the most anti-skill and easiest tanks to play in the whole game.

Not only is the derp gun neutered, but hopefully we'll just see a lot less of them, same with the 4005.

Less horrible HE spamming tanks about is a great change.

The Nerv is TOO Strong - Type 4 and 5 useless Tanks and the special of this line is gone ...

Why the FV 4005 have the same HE Derp gun for ONESHOTS and the FV 2015 183b and so on ?

For all Players who think about grind this LINE - Do some better thinks with your time and Money....

Thanks Wg for KILL This Line !!! GOOD JOB - (THIS IS SARCASM:::)
