Yeah, screw you guys for never being happy with whatever WG does.

 

As for my opinion, I'm happy to see balanced premium tanks get into the game, that feel unique and don't break the game. Good job on that WG.

Also I really think 27 euros is a very nice price as well.

It is quite cheap a for tier 8 TD, but from what i have seen in reviews it is not that good. Pass from me.

Yes, with worst characteristics from both.

I bought it for collecting purposes, as a dust gatherer, apparently. Played two battles in it. When a Type 64 can pen you frontally with regular ammo (twice in a row, from distance), you know it needs to gather dust in Garage.

The thing is that yes it is a balanced tank, that is a good thing. But considering all the OP prem tanks released before, this makes that tank useless in current meta. It would be OK if all the OP ones get nerfed to the state where they should be and to follow the path what WG had years ago when prem ones were actually a bit worse than their regular counterparts. But until then ofc people are whining if they need to go with that underpowered tank against the other OP prems that cruise around nowadays. No one would be complaining if all the prems would follow the same track in the sense of being OKish, if you follow me, right?

Got rental and played few battles, and it seems nice enough. Gun is awesome, mobility is good, turret armor is okay. But it's big and HE guns will destroy you easily.

It's quite balanced, maybe even better than just balanced (I do more dmg per game in it than in 130PM, Lorr 40t, CAX or Patriot). And it's cheaper than most tier 8 tanks. I just hope we'll see Soviet turreted TD line soon

Great destroyer - expect most battles against Tier 10, turret is not reliable against gold shells, cammo is very low. Playstyle - like KV 4

 

US TS5 is better pick

I bought it because I always but the premiums - I have 147 of them at the minute......

Spotted in the open you are dead - anything will pen you

 

Hull down at the back and willing to miss as often as you hit it can be fun.  You need the right map and the right team to hold them at optimum distance.

 

Get a light or medium tank on you at short range - or even most hvys you are dead

 

I do prefer the SU-130M - but then I prefer that to the Skorp G (I have both versions)   The TS-5 has a lot more reliable armour

Hello there!

I got lucky enough that I was able to test the T-103 on friday and did some more games today in a live stream. Now after 18 games I decided to show you either here ( once more pluggerino)or here my thoughts about the tank and if it is worth it or not.

I think first of all I just give you the pros and cons of the vehicle before giving you my opinion about it:

The TLW variant

 

So both sides are filled quite nicely showing you the problems but also advantages of the vehicle itself. Most notable are though the great DPM and good gundepression as well as the quite sturdy turret. Bad parts are its slugishness, ultra weak hull armor and its nonexistent camoflague.

 

YET I do have to say, after 18 games played I generally enjoy the tank. The added DPM over SU-130PM and Skorp G as well as the lower alpha makes it feel more forgiving. When I have to decide between Defender and the T-103 I would go for the T-103 on almost all occasions. The added reliability to the gun just feel sooooo goood and the pen values are great too ( 258mm base is the same as the is-4). But be aware, this tank is NOT for everybody! It needs mapknowledge and I highly recommend playing it with food.

After also some long thinking I came to the conclusion that the tank feels kind of like a T34 (Murican Heavy Tank) or T30, just everything made more pronounced. Worse hull armor, more sluggish, still decent turret but easier to hit weakspot. Better penetration and much better DPM.

Something this weird looking would make a fine addition to my garage. I think there might be an empty spot in between KV-5 and 59 Patton. Frankly the only reason it's not there yet is because I don't want to hand WG any money at this point.
