At peak it will spike to 100 to 120K during the weekends still. But mid week has around 70K at peak give or take. But we are nearing May, and that's when the drop hits each year as it gets warmer outside. Or when a major event hits. Last year we had a massive drop when the world cup was on followed by the heat wave. Took months before we did see the 100K mark again.

April 18 was also the peak after 1.0 patch. If you want to correlate the fluctuations in the numbers, use this link to know which in-game changes coincided with positive or negative slopes.

thanks for that chart - where do you take it from ?

that's total games played, what about users that logged on, and new accounts?

I loved frontline in 2018.

the changes they made 2019 ruined it for me.

judging from the graphs, I expect WoT to hit new lows in July-August 2019.

Chart comes from http://wot-news.com/stat/server/eu/norm/en

Looks like although the number of players has been going down they've managed to get existing players to play more to compensate a bit - probably why we have all these marathons at he moment.

No worries, those are the number of players per week.

And yes they'll hit new lows if nothing drastic happens in the next couple of months. Big patches with big changes are required, not sure how ready are WG though!

thanks

personally I think multiplying free stuff, missions and marathons is exactly the wrong way.

it makes me feel like I miss out on stuff and I can't keep up playing, so I don't play at all anymore.

rather makes me happy because I again have time to make money, but WoT won't be getting it, the gogo bars and the girls will... ;-)

I didn't think you were especially keen to play anyway?

marathons.… and why the 2nd wave of PMs were grindy and why FL is restricted to one week per month spread out over an entire year and why so many missions pop up now I don't even bother looking at them any more.

yes... in addition of WoT being a very time consuming hobby and especially considering HOW time consuming it is, the frequency of pointless and frustrating battles because of grossly unbalanced teams is just too high and it further increases my feeling of wasting my time.

I guess many (former) WoT players share these feelings.

Players sure are more and more frustrated, gameplay is very toxic nowadays. You get shot by "team mates" for any weak reason, half players use special ammos on already op tanks, etc.

Noticed there were some 115k players on line last night, still seems popular.

Exact same reason I've just uninstalled and left!  WG refuses to listen and 90% of battles are completely pointless.  No fun, off to something else.

I find it an ideal hobby for filling in boring moments

Don't do the TV because its propaganda and adverts

Don't do the internet because its propaganda and adverts

Just do WoT shoot-em-up stuff if not doing real world stuff
