Why no discount on converting free xp to crew xp? Was looking forward to that.

If you retrain for silver, you should still lose about 10% if i'm not mistaken, from 100% to 90% (assuming you maintain the same type of vehicle, ie medium for medium tank)
And if you have 2/3+ skills, its a lot of exp to re-gain, i'm pretty sure you won't have it back with just some good game with a crew booster..

Retraining only affects major qualification so it doesn't take much to go up back to 100% on that. Resetting is the one that counts your whole skill shabang. Yeah that one you don't want to touch with credits. I did that once when I didn't know better on my 4-skill Ru crew. Ouch. That was a lot of games worth of exp lost for a free 2 play noob. But as I said sometimes you don't lose anything at all, like I did the last time. I don't know how that works.

 

edit: I just did it again on the same crew and this time they lost some (skill % unaffected) 

commander - 91 (94 after two games, one win and one loss with 200% booster and prem acc, tank is standard)

gunner - 90 (95)

driver - 93 (96)

loader - 100

It works by simply absorbing the XP from secondary skills, if you have XP gathered from lets say 97% and 98% of 4th or 5th skill, that is a lot of XP, and it goes to basic crew skill. At least it seems to work that way.

How am I supposed to do this if all missions were removed? No x3 for crew, no top tier of the month, nothing!

I have the same problem, everything is removed except the premium account missions. Happened somewhere between 19.00 and 22:30 CEST.

Bwahahahaha! Riight! They will make you an offer you cannot refuse! And nerf the rewards for some other missions, like this was nerfed from 10 to 5. Be prepared to buy some super duper mega package with mucho gold and no rusky bias!

Today I have only the 3 premium account missions active. No Crew is curial, no Centurion AX missions, not even that I buyed for 10 Euro (Top of the three Boost)

Lol, noticed that now, the ToT missions dont work either. Don't worry, they will ignore everything like it's all right! And will have a new fresh offer of pixels for us on Monday!

Missions are not showing in the tab.. Even the top of the three is not working i did not get my x5 on cent 7-1. WG compensate this with a female crew member.
