If I claim the package but don't log into the game, does the premium day and 14 day trial start anyway or do they start the next time I log into the game?

For anyone interested, you have to give Amazon your credit card info to claim it, after the trial it's 8.99$, not a free thing.

I try to claim this but it says: The Amazon account currently linked to this Twitch account has already claimed this offer with a different Twitch account.

I don't know what's the problem because i don't have a different Twitch account....

Worked fine for me. Not much in there, but free stuff is free stuff. I have twitch prime anyways, so...

I have some problems so i did everything right on the amazon site,registered added card location blah blah balh...but when i click login with amazon its just says that where do i live and my credit card details so i redo it and still asking me but i did it

Can confirm the previous poster. Did some servers go down? I claimed it, relogged multiple times and waited almost an hour at this point, yet nothing is happening.

Guys if you did everything correctly and not received the gifts, wait a bit and relog. It might take a while to credit the gifts to your account.

I claimed it at about 11:00 and it is now 14:00 and still no items, or the discounts in the premium store?

From support, the solution is to disjoin, then rejoin your twitch account, which worked fine for me.

I made everything correctly. Wrote - come into a game and receive gifts. But received nothing. Twitch Prime untied and bound anew, did not help.

A day later, all the gifts credited to the account.

Dear vuque,

Didn't work for me.

At first I was sure the other guys might have done something wrong, for the package not to arrive.

Then....i did everithing by the book, Twitch tells me "package redeemed" but....nothing in my account !

7 hours passed already.

5 log-offs. 1 unlink - link again done. Come on guys ? What to do I need some help here.

I got twitch prime on Amazon and linked it to WoT in WoT. However, when I try to claim all it says is 'Continue' on one of the loot packages. The May ones are greyed out. When you do 'hit' Continue you go to select country (or market according to Amazon) and then falls over with a Server Error (500). Amazon has no clue. How do you get loot?
