I dont know if they fixed or they are aware of this but since the support page does not allow bug reporting i am putting this here. About a month ago or so in the 1.4.1 patch i tried to hide behind these houses and i got shot by a progetto between that little gap. I dont know if this was intended but i dont think that kind of a small gap is there to allow shots anyway..

The gap i am talking about is being highlighted by my gun barrel.

such kind of gap was on ruinberg aswell, the small town in field, buildings south part of that road had 2 gaps in it aswell. was easy farms to people trying to hide there.

but gladly that got fixed with ruinberg HD/rework

doubt it is intended, suppose the placing of buildings not alligned that well creating accidental gaps

You can shoot through this 'barn' on every map that got one of those buildings. It's modeled like that, with a gap near the end. The same is on Redshire (the building inside the northern cap), Westfield ( the building in E6), old Pilsen and Erlenberg.

not a bug, just the way they programmed it, a shell is a single dot in wot, no dimensions are modeled so even a big 203 arty shell will fit trough a crack in the wall where in reality it will hit the wall (if RNG is in your favorer)

guys, look at the picture and don't try to tell me it's normal that there is a gap at this exact place of the buildings.

Why not? It looks like two separate buildings to me.

I'm not going to guess at Wargaming's designs here, it might be unintentional, they might want to keep it anyway. I don't see it as a problem that there's a tiny gap between two seperate buildings that you can shoot through. I don't see why everything has to be neatly aligning blocks. You get shot through these things once in a lifetime, there used to be a slit in Stalingrad that was problematic because it was easy and safe to reach for one side and effectively functioned as a murderhole, in this case the gap is on the other side of a building in the middle of the map that leaves someone exposed.

Several buildings have such gaps. And It's not a bug. And I suspect they were added there for the same reason as the narrow windows on small wrecked buildings if you will. As in a safer spot for even a light to spot past between two points in the open etc.

As pointed out above. Ruinberg had such a gap on the E0 buildings. But they did not work as intended, as that was a brawling area. Not a safe spot between two vital points. So they were removed after many complained about those. But about the few I know, I have not seen many point them out or complain about them. As I suspect not many know about them either as such. Or use them.

I see no issues, if there is a gap, y out should be able to shoot through it. Like you can shoot through the gap between the columns on abbey.

This might not be a bug technically but it is an issue.. If the map designers would wanted this building to be shotable they could give it much bigger gap so people can actually aim through it. These buildings needs to get fixed and thats it. The problem is the gap is only usable from the outside so thats a balance issue. I think WG didnt have a complete L shaped house to put there and they tried to create one with seaparete models and thats why this is happening. Btw columnds of abbey is a different story.
