If you are using Directives - DO NOT checkmark the little box: "Auto resupply directives"!!!

If you have a few free directives to use and if you check the "auto resupply directives" - then when all you free directives are used, WG will remove your bonds for new directives AND they will not inform you, that you now are purchasing directives with your precious bonds!

It is their usual dishonest way of doing things!

You should now by now, that they do anything to make you pay. This is the russian / belarus way og doing thing.

What they should do: When you free directives are used up - you should be given an option to uncheck "autoresupply" box or make a KNOWN purchase for bonds.

Yeah well, same with any consumable. You need to monitor it yourself. The only one I have on auto-supply is the camo bonus on the UDES03. but only because I have >100 of them. I'll turn it off when it drops below 25.

They do inform you because that's why they make you tick the little checkbox to confirm that's what you want. WG aren't responsible for your inability to operate a mouse correctly.

Perceivably cheeky perhaps but WG’s only crime is presuming you can take responsibility.

Because you told them to resupply it. It's off by default. If you don't like it, manually load one up each game.

It's the same with ammo, repair kits and med kits etc. You tick off the resupply box, it will go for your silver once the depot is empty. If you only have 5 large repair kits. Then you need to follow up on it. And I'll bet you if they turned that off once the depot stocks were empty. We would have rage topics from one that lost a game because 6th sense directive was off suddenly. Either way it's done. People will complain. And either way they do it, you have to manually watch when the depot runs out so it stays as you want it.

So you checked a box to auto-resupply knowingly and willingly, which uses the same mechanic that every automatic resupply in the history of the game has ever used; to first draw on your stocks and then to continue drawing on your currency to resupply, and yet somehow this is Wargaming's fault?

Maybe use it as long as you have directives to resupply then turn it off when you're gonna enter your last battle with that directive in your service depot? It's not their fault if you forget about it. Set up a reminder or don't use the resupply option at all. I do agree that a reminder feature could be implemented.

Not exactly a new feature since autoresupply consumables and ammo has worked that way forever including when premium meant gold only.

You can install a mod to prevent it but do remember you have it installed before coming back and complaining you can't spend bonds.

At least they didn't repeat the error of the gold ammo and make it the default choice.
