30% for T10 outside of TotT only was available once so far, before the first non-beta RB season IIRC. Just like x3 wasn't a regular thing but only available on some weekends.

Wish this had come next weekend, OR Frontlines was brought forward a week early.
Got about 1.2mio silver with a shopping list of fully researched Tier X tanks:
- Super Conqueror
- M48 Patton
- Sheridan
- Centurian AX (not unlocked yet - but TotT so will be researched this month)
Along with the UDES 16 and some other non-tier X machines.
Should I sell a pile of equipment, buy the tanks and then buy the equipment back once I have recharged the silver bank balance (at next half price equipment event)., or just let the tanks slide this time around, and instead buy more equipment/consumables with the meager balance I have?

it's a nice promotion but I'd appreciate being treated equally like our Russian and American friends and have access to the Berlin 5 Plus Package. I feel we're being offered crumbs from the dinner table and I feel there is no need for this sort of "racial discrimination" where Europeans are valued less than the Russian and American players. After all WW2 was fought to end tyranny, oppression and discrimination.
Please WG in the interests of fair play make the Berlin 5 Plus Package available to all.

EU server has historically always had the worst specials. RU is RU so is pandered to, CH is its own thing entirely, NA and SEA are low population so they get special treatment to entice new players and try to keep people from abandoning the game, and EU is mostly whales who like throwing a tantrum in the forums right before reaching for their credit cards so can safely be milked and given the finger with no real consequences to WG's bottom line.

You know, in RU some players may be angry they can't buy Lorr nor Spaggetti, nor Ninja for FL now... As some in EU may want Defender today. 
So, what?
You should understand that most of RU players think that we have better offers in EU.
