So about team killing, first I toght that the person that kills you and turns blue you controll their tank, could be a option but it would punish honest mistakes too...

So why not just make it that the blue guy pays the expenses of the guy he killed? Tank repear and the rest... I think thats fair

I have better idea. If you TK, your TK tank will be sold automaticly and all money + crew goes to victims account ...  can you imagine that, its like reparation, in Russia they known what it is :)

You can turn blue by accident and you can team-kill your heart content without ever turning blue.

I think in WoWS, if you hit an ally you receive the same amount of damage you dealt. I think that's fair. It would certainly prevent Deathstar-TK-platoons...I've encountered one back in the day, they killed half our team...

The problem with this idea is that it punishes people who seek to uphold the rules far more than those who seek to break them. By definition if you try to not deal team damage, it can only happen by accident, which means this rule punishes disproportionally for accidents. A person who TKs intentionally as you describe has no actual interest in playing, they do so purely for the sake of ruining the experience for others and what happens to them barely enters the equation.

A better solution to that specific problem is better scaling based on damage and taking into account actual kills. It still forces people with big guns to be more careful, but then, they really ought to be, as the impact of their accidents is much higher.

Meaning you haven't yet....I've seen it happen plenty of times, usually when someone is trying to help one of their allies who got stuck in some rocks.
