On some tanks getting an ace tanker also eluded me for quite a while (and on some of my keepers it still hasn't happened yet) but more than 2k until an ace could get squeezed out of a match, that is intriguing.

But the mastery badges can be  peculiar anyways. On my RU 251 in over 400 battles I never scored better than a class 2 mastery badge yet I somehow already managed to reel in the First Mark of Excellence for it.

Yeah, I had been bothered that I still hadn't got an Ace on it.  The funny thing is that I had played it more than what is is normal for me and the CGC just to try to finally get the ACE.  This battle yesterday was not supposed to happen because the battle before was going to be my last for the day.  But, I thought "just one more...maybe this will be it.".  And it was.  I knew that it was a strong performance before the battle was over and if it wouldn't have been an ACE then I probably would have stopped trying to ever get one.  After so many battles, I had basically decided that it would never happen for me.

I was wrong.

CW tanks are usually harder to ace : spammed by unicums with "full everything" and a team behind is deadly for casual gamers acing them.

Good job !
