...and i've done everything I could.

I've sended 4 tickets over the past year that i'm playing to Wargaming that my game keeps crashing.

I tried everything they told me to do:

Re install everything (DirectX, update Windows, re install WoT, updating my Drives, etc.)

but nothing worked, and I want to play World of Tanks like a normal person, like everyone else.

This is also the only game that has this problem (both on C: Drive and on D: Drive)

Does anyone has this problem? And how did you fix it? Or has anyone a suggestion?

I hope anyone can help me with this because I can't play World of Tanks like this, and i've even got almost banned because I crashed through a whole match.

Thank you!

Yeah WG support tends to be quite bad when it comes to technical support, so yeah I'm not surprised they couldn't help you.

Lets start with what's in your computer? Is it perhaps a pre-built system, like something from lets say Asus or MSI?

When you say that you've updated your drives I assume you mean drivers, where did you find those drivers? Reason I'm asking is since many pre-built systems have either a service or a support page that provide drivers to you but after a while those tend to stop coming and you end up with ancient drivers. Also I would not be surprised if you got a driver from Realtek, this is most likely your sound driver, if you open the Control Panel and then under "Programs" you'll find "Uninstall a program", open that and then scroll down to R and check if you have something called "Realtek High Definition Audio Driver", over on the right you should see which version you're using post that.

Also do this:

Got an MSI laptop my self so I'm guessing you got Nahimic installed as well in combination with those drivers and I would not be surprised if that happen to be version 2.5.17 or 2.5.21, you'll find version 2.5.31 here:

https://www.nahimic.com/updates/

Out of date Nahimic or the Asus version of it named Sonic Studio have been the cause for plenty of crashes and threads related to it, same with out of date audio drivers.

Regarding the driver version, it's pretty old, I'm using 6.0.1.8678 my self, there are newer available but they get updated if not daily but at least weekly and most of the time you just need something somewhat new, here is a thread about it:

https://www.tenforums.com/sound-audio/5993-latest-realtek-hd-audio-driver-version-276.html

You'll find the same version here (top one): https://www.catalog.update.microsoft.com/Search.aspx?q=6.0.1.8678

This is how you install the .cab file: https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/66346-install-cab-file-windows-10-a.html#post873775

With new sound drivers and most likely an updated version of Nahimic (if your MSI laptop came with that) you'll most likely won't crash anymore.

Edit: Also while your at it, go here: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/intel-driver-support-assistant.html

You'll be able to download and install a "driver updater" for Intel related stuff, after installation you'll find an icon down in your notification center in the shape of a blue circle with a spanner/wrench in it, if you right click on that and select "Check for new drivers" it will most likely also find a couple of Intel drivers that are out of date on your system which MSI don't provide on their support page for your laptop.

Installed all the things and updated all the things from Intel. Tough I have no idea how I'm able to attach the python.log to the DxDiag..

Glad to hear that! Imagine if WG support which have had a year or so to help you would have been able to do so in a day like two random dudes on a forum could... That would be something!

If you start crashing again upload what _Patrol posted above, that way we can take a closer look at what's happening "under the hood" so to speak, but there have been so many audio related issues due to out of date drivers as well as Nahimic and Sonic Studio that it's always what I suspect first these days.

yeah omg, i'm so glad you guys helped me, so unbelievable WG support is just.. crapXD they just assume that my problems is like the basic problems they're used to.

and man yeah that would change everyone's problem if it would be like this!

And I will! I'll post something again if it does crash again, and it's really weird that it's like an audio problem? like when you guys told me that I was like: wait what. But wow, it feels like a plot twist hahah

Had a quick look at the logs, you're using Realtek drivers from 2017, do this:

Several mentions of MSI in there so if you happen to also have Nahimic installed update that here if you don't already got 2.5.31 installed:

Also as mentioned above, this will most likely also be a good idea to do:
