For sole purpose of fun and doing Lt missions along the way - would you recommend this one or Type 64?

I just got the M41d standard package and all I got from the camo is 1 piece not even a full set..... yet I got the lorr 40t and that comes with a full set for the 3 seasons... I get screwed here or WG screw up/screw me over?

Uhm... WG. Have you noticed there is now a Polish tech tree. What is the Rudy doing in the Soviet tech tree? Could you give us an option to move it over to the Polish line, then at least it could again become useful as now it's just gathering dust in the garage if you got the 85m.

Lol, that's just ridiculous... what are you supposed to do with just one camo piece? Paint the gun? And just for summer maps?

i bought the M41D - there is only 1 camo pattern with it, i would need 9 but cant even buy the same color? -_-

The FORMOSIAN THREE-TONE CAMO is standard camouflage not the preset style. The offers stands nothing about amount of camouflage so in this case it was just one of it.

I'm not happy with how they only give us one piece of the camo. It doesn't make any sense. It would've been better if they hadn't given us any camos to start with with the bundle... Or better, just give us the full set

That answer makes no sense .... So they are basically saying that you get a random number of camo pieces ? From 1 (your case) to 9, 3 full sets ??

 

I am not sure this is legal ? For the same price payed you are entitled to the same goods, it states nowhere you are gambling on the amount of camo pieces ?

 

Please clarify this with support, as I was thinking about getting this tank, not like this , thanks !

 

PS: Checked the premium store, it says :

 

A SET OF CAMOUFLAGE FOR EACH MAP TYPE

 

So you should in fact receive a SET (3 pieces) For each map - 9 pieces of camo

 

Who the hell answers the messages to SUPPORT ??

Last time it came (correctly) with 9 pieces. I don't understand at all why it wouldn't come with 9 now, as that camo is applicable *only* on M41D. "Here's a piece of camo, go make your new tank look like crap with it now". It really smells like a mistake that the support has no clue on how to handle, and are just winging it.

 

Any other reason basically boils down to "We're screwing you for no benefit just because we can", and you shouldn't assume malevolence when there's room for incompetence.

Keep opening support tickets telling them that you're having incredibly negative customer experience because you're cheated out of product you were supposed to receive due to technical error on their part, and you're willing to escalate if they don't start fixing it asap. Nobody in their right mind will ignore you because they're very likely to get a warning if it lands on their managers desk. You're right, and guy who answered your ticket is not only wrong, but gave a terrible answer.

 

Edit : I noticed in another thread that you opened another ticket and got the correct answer this time, and they're resolving it.

But why are we getting answers from CS that are clearly wrong ? Doesnt he or she even check what is happening before answering tickets ?

Bought the Standard M41D standard package on Sunday, I had a 15% discount voucher about to expire so £18-22 and I do love my light tanks.

 

It came with 9 cammo pieces but there is a limitation

You can only use it on that tank, which seems very odd Why not any Chinese tank or at least the Type64 which is also a Republic of China tank.

You can use the camo as Summer Winter or Desert though it all looks just like a summer type pattern.

 

Not using it yet because I think there is another change coming.

It clearly states Suitable Vehicles M41D but it also says After you apply this element to the current vehicle it will become unavailable

 for other vehicles.

If you try to use it on any Chinese tank you cannot because it does not even appear as an option the formosian cammo is just not there.
