I am tired of getting ''balanced'' by WG where 3 or 5 top tiers of mine are barely over 3k wn8 combained while a twos from them enemy team are rocking those stats over roof, and outcome of battle was never a question.

You do realise that the MM and XVM / WN8 are two different things.  Can you also explain why you are not here complaining about winning due to the same combination?

I wouldnt say XVM is useless, quite the opposite it shows you on which teammate you can count on to do his share of work in game.

I rearely gets a win thanks to top tiers coz MM is retarded nowdays, and if you dont play like a madman you wont do a s***.

I would say YES because its getting more and more often now where you get team mates with not a clue how to play in high tiers and just ruining it all for others who do know how to play and even if you try to be helpful and give advice, just dont listen so whats the point!?..... Its hard not to be Toxic in those situations.

XVM is the worst Mod/Cheat in the game and using it to judge others with knowing who to rely on or take advantage of it bit lame IMO and so where is the element of surprise in that?, also you have Gun Marks to see how good they are more often than not.

A soft progress system would be nice, but that will never happen. And not only because it's way too late for this game anyway...

XVM is not a skill metric.  It is a way of displaying a skill metric such as WN8.  That you do not understand this very basic difference means you are not correctly using the information XVM is displaying as WN8.

Additionally, you realise that a "skill" metric such as WN8 has very well know parameters that can be exploited.  Farm damage without pushing or taking a risk, don't worry about winning,  play OP tanks well or play poor WN8 tanks okay.  There is a reason WG has never revealed how XP is rewarded.  It cannot be exploited.  However, if you believe that a single game can be dictated by a single number.  Go ahead.  Do not take into account the map, the tanks, How tired people may be and 100 other factors. A single known, exploitable number is absolutely your best metric to judge human beings by.

Dont have xvm and I always assume I have to try my hardest each game to contribute in stead of hoping for RNG to bless me with good (top tier) players to carry me to victory.

One of my best battles ever for satisfaction. Three Hype-59s driven by great players in platoon. Killed two of them and got a piece of the third. I never remember the easy battles, only the hard ones!

On balance, we all get our fair share of good and bad teams and good and bad enemy teams. It's what we do when things are on a knife edge that mark the difference between players in terms of performance. Step up more often when the excrement is hitting the air conditioning, and you get better stats. Run and cry when the chips are down and you get what you deserve.

Me? I try to do the former, but I am not averse to doing the latter when it's 2<9 and I am bottom tier and on 10 HP- even more so when it's some awful map I can't stand. I can't be bothered even trying to turn something around when it is that bad, and yet I have been in games where one amazing team mate has done just that.

You're a good player. Keep getting better and bad teams will be less of a problem. :great:

Your overall WR is 50.79%, the last 30 days you got 52,62% WR and the last 7 you got 50,65%, so yeah you win about as much as you've always done.

It is the source of most of the salt and toxicity in this game, and is responsible for the term "tomato" which overshadows any benefits you think you're getting from it.

And yes, I honestly think tier progression should be locked behind the amount of battles played.

Why don't you just download a stats programme that tells you how wonderful you are all the time and gives you the validation your ego so desperately requires?

Or you can just delete all the mods play the game relax and get a life!

Get rid of XVM and play 1 vs 29, you'll find it a lot less stressful.

You might think high WN8 players can always be counted on, sadly what I see recently is a growing proportion of high stat players red line camping in heavies and the like farming damage.

This I assume is because many a true good'un has left.

Best not to know as it further depresses.

Perhaps I took your advice too literally, but you're right things are a lot less stressful now.  :amazed:
