For good measure, the guy closed the ticket so I could not even correct him in this ticket and had to file a new 1 and wait another half a day. Pretty arrogant and incompetent CSM!

Greetings Commander,

Thank you for contacting Wargaming Support.

We are really sorry that you have issues with the purchase delivery.

Majority of the players should receive the vehicle or will receive it with the delay as mentioned in the hot news:

https://eu.wargaming.net/support/en/products/wot/hot-issues/24918/

Some of you might still not have the purchased goods, this is still under the investigation of the development team and you need to wait patiently, we are doing our best, to deliver the goods as soon as possible.

Thank you for your understanding.

Best regards,

I purchased the pz. kpfw 4 hydrostat just now by mistake via the black market event and would like to return it.
I have not used it at all.

Thank you and best wishes,

cv202

I can't find anywhere on the website to even complain about the customer service. It's mind-boggling that a service-oriented business would have no good avenue for feedback on their customer service.

You could try making a ticket with customer service :P

Most of us have run into the stonewall that is Wargaming CS at some point, usually, trying again until you reach a human being works.

You got your answer, what more do you want? Your face in the one dollar bill?

Your Hydro will come eventually.

You buying it wasn't WG's mistake. You "accidentally" hit the large orange button.

You can still respond and correct closed tickets. At least the last time I made one I could. As you have to "approve" of the response you got. But I suspect in this case he had opened 999 tickets regarding the Hydro not appearing after it was bought. So he was on autopilot when he did see the title. I know... I've been there when everyone complains about the same issue one day for several 100 tickets, and one is on the same topic, but not the same issue.

And if you did not want it. Why buy it in the first place?

WG run a "Black Market" special event for selling tanks.

OP goes to the event page, which specifically sells tanks.

How does the OP manage to buy a tank by mistake?

Did you even read what he wrote? His issue is not that he didn't get the tank, but rather that he wants to return it. You look qualified for the support team if I may say so :)

I don't think they have to return your credits for the tank you bought. Since you bought it for credits, you can sell it in-game for credits.

You kindly removed the last sentence from your quote.

You'd be qualified for Fox news..

I removed it intentionally as that part isn't even relevant to the first part of your post. I assume you answered first, then actually read his post, and then realised the error and tried to patch it up. No offense, I just think it would be a good idea if people could bother to understand what someone is actually asking for before bothering to give them an answer.
