The Black Market is, despite selling the Pz II J way overpriced, an insanely good way for F2P and P2P players to get hands on tanks that would usually require purchase through the premium shop.

Especially for dedicated F2P players, this is a really great chance to get hands on a fat money maker.

It's only overpriced if nobody buys it.

We'll see. Only one offer, the Blackdog, have been a "fat money maker" available for credits yet.

"An insanely good way" if (1) you have a lot of credits and you don't know what to do with such a huge amount, (2) you find in the Black Market the tank that you've always wanted, and (3) you are quick enough to get that tank.

Its a very good way of alienating all other players, specially the paying customers who bought the tanks for money.

I disagree. Caernarvon AX is quite fat, too!

been making very decent credits with the Caernarvon AX on a standard accountwhich I bought for 9 mil.

It will earn itself back in a couple of weeks of casual play.

Forgot about the CAX since it was a marathon one. :hiding:

edit: 9 mil is quite a sum for an F2P guy though and it will take some time just to break even

I bought the Caernavan AX for 9 million credits.  That should make alright credits itself, I reckon.

Edit:  Didn't refresh page when posting, I was late to the party, sry :S

I see this event (black market) as a reward scheme for P2P players, which is kinda good, since I concider myself one. Also F2P players can participate but are kinda limited here,.... As I see it, this event incentivise people to switch from F2P--> P2P...which is also kinda good because it enables game to evolve in the future...

Gold tanks obviously need gold to be bought with cash, and credit tanks needs ALOT of credits that you can only earn with Premium tanks+Premium time+credit boosters,...although I didnt bought it, I cant even imagine how long would it take to grind 23 mio credits in techtree tanks, like forever,....

For me this event was pretty rewardfull,..and I really cant understand ppl complaining about,...beside 25k G fot type and 15kG for Pz2J prices were very resonable...

I do agree that the event probably is to pull some credits and gold from lying around to make people more active towards the summer.

It's smart. It's also in line with stuff like blueprints, monthly frontline and all those new stuff that kinda lures you into playing more, progress faster etc. Which is in a way win/win.

All the events here in Wot are for F2P players.

There was never an event from premium time players, that's why I'm going F2P once I run out of time.

Sick of supporting a company that mistreats the paying customers.

Gold can be won.  There are plenty of good players sitting on lots of gold with nothing to do with it.  Also, grinding credits is very easy in this game especially with all the free premium tanks that WG showered the players with over the years.  Two of my best credit earners were free from marathons (WZ-111 and T44-100).

WG regularly do an event for premium tank owners for extra XP. So recently in fact that they did it this weekend just gone.

Please get a clue.
