Mediocre tanks, and really not my play style. I'll play a round in the Tier VIII, IX and X each to pick up the goodies and then send them back to the garage to collect dust.

Its a pity the nerf to both the rewards and to the ‘damaging push’ mission remain - any mods care to explain the thinking behind those nerfs?

 

Already on the 704, but then concentrated on other lines rather than unlock the tier X. Might as well do it this month though - plus point is that won’t need to buy the additional 5X packages this month!

either way, this was one of my first lines,and back then (4 years ago),the Obj,268-not-idiot-version was pretty decent. however,now it requires something buffed,because there's almost no reason to pick it over grille 15,because the latter one is just flat-out better,although turns like a boat.

I'm glad that you're putting sales on less popular tanks, because the poor Obj. 268 has been overshadowed by it's overpowered cousin, the Obj. 268 v4. But I'll gladly take a 30% discount on the ISU-152.

Yeah, there is literally no reason to grind this tree as the top tier is garbage *and* it's also never used competitively anywhere.

I have it and you are not right. It is troll of a gun. Best result is with HE because gun is not constant. You bounce from light tanks. If I needed money for black market, this would have been first choice to sell. I have had it for atleast 6 months and I can not bare myself to grind it. Probably gonna move crew to obj 263.

Regular 268 is not that bad when compered with the v4.

I'm researching the ISU152 and the SU152 has been fun but please WG don't nerf the top tier just like you did the FV4005. It takes some of us some time to get to tier ten hoping for a good tank and not a terd.

Once this tank was awesome and fun to play, now its one of the worst td's in the game without a single quirk or advantage over other td's. 
Its armor is ineffective, the gun despite the shown statistics in inaccurate at best.

My point is that it cant influence the outcome of battles in any meaningful way, not like before it got nerfed to oblivion

I'm not sure what to think of this TD line. I've gone up the 268v4 line, but by comparison the 268 line seems to give up a lot more than it gains and seems to compromise on too many points.

No good gun for sniping, no good armor for pushing ... don't go for it, stop at Obj 704.

You're probably right, just I am nearly at the ISU 152 - so there is some reason for me to continue the grind. But then looking at the miserable, pathetic nerf on consumables etc as reward compared to ToTT from a couple of months back - I don't think I will bother anyway. I do like the SU 100 though.

These events work out well for me as I have all tank lines on the go and most are at tier 8 or 9 and some completed.

Its a great way for me to get another line finished also helps when deciding which one to do next.

Don't really mind if the tank is not so great any longer it will eventually get buffed and I do not have to buy it till then though the discount is tempting.

Mostly just need to research them so my tier 8 and 9s get elited
