Im working hard to improve my stats but I find that very stressful, and I feel the need to relax more when I play or have more relaxfull noises in-game. Does any have any tip if there is an commnuity contributor making for example mukbang ASMR or if there is any ASMR mod or WG is making crewmembers doing ASMR for the commander?

You can try "night" sound settings. They definitely did work for me.

Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response

Personally I like it a lot, really relaxing. Check it out on Twitch or Youtube, works best with headphones :great:

1. Sit, or even lay down, somewhere comfortable.

2. Plug in your headphones. Volume should be somewhere around 20-30% (depends a bit on personal taste).

3. Start this youtube video.

4. Close your eyes, clear your mind, and just relax.

If you don't feel that tingeling sensation going down your neck and/or spine, I unfortunately can't help you any further :(

I know its my issue and the reason block it out with music a lot.

Picture the scene.   At work with a new IT apprentice.

Ap " munch Munch munch, slurp"

Me "if you dont close your mouth I'm going to rip out your lungs"

Me "did your mam not teach you how to eat properly"

Ap " Shes dead"

Me "head phones on"

Cool. Would the positive feels get enhanced if one was to combine listening with the usage of crystals and opening the chakra, you think?  :girl:

My ASMR = Coffee.

And normal, mature people would be polite enough to explain rather than try to demean those unfamiliar with a set of initials.

I can't understand why some people have to be rude at the first opportunity.

Coffee makes you more alert, ASMR makes you more relaxed. Or atleast, that's how it works on me :P

As far as I can tell, ASMR is a great way to produce online content without the bothersome need to have a single creative idea. I understand that some people find repetitive noises relaxing but it's little more than an extension of those whale song and nature sounds vids that've been around for years.

Trust me, Coffee relaxes me second only to a good Rum. Both are my "I'm not going to kill someone juice"

The Sonar guys I used to know used to sell Whale song to the crew.... thats pretty amazing stuff...

As for relaxing sounds I've used, Whale Song, Rain, White noise.   That been around years...

Sounds like eating an Apple or Crisps, crunching boiled sweets,  is a trigger to me...

But whatever floats peoples boat

I had to google mukbang. And holy cow I'm confused. How can you relax, while listening to someone who is eating?

Same here but other people existing tends to trigger me too, probably because I'm such a miserable old git.

ASMR?

People just found out that listening to something calm and quiet is more relaxing than listening to the noise they call music. And now they made a dumb hype-science out of it.
