Hi Community!

So, here it´s how it goes...

I play WoT since forever and i never encountered such Problems with the game (not even in beta).

I play a Session and with luck i can play for two hours without a Problem, but sometimes the game crashes twice in one (one!!!!) battle.

I tried a lot of solutions but none worked, so now i am asking you guys, maybe someone knows an answer.

Oh and WoT is the only game that crashes this constantly, most games run smoothly throughout the whole playthrough, some crash maybe once or twice.

Things i tried to no avail:

- Reinstalled the game

- played without mods

- played with mods and xvm

- played with mods and without xvm

- updated my drivers ([edited]all of them)

- used this intel update scan programm that tells me all my drivers are up to date

- reinstalled windows (not because of wot)

- played with lower graphic settings

- played with the SD client

So here are my system specs:

Intel 2500 K

1TB HDD

2 500 gb SSD

MSI Geforce GTX 1070

ASRock Z75Pro3

Do you need my shoesize too`? ;)

I attached the last errror report too, i hope it helps.

As mentioned in the thread linked by jack_timber and as pointed out by _Patrol, out of date Realtek drivers have been a quite common source of crashes and yours are from 2015, so as _Patrol mentioned update those and remove the mods.

Other things I noticed is that your Intel drivers seems to be rather ancient as well so:

Also while your at it, go here: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/intel-driver-support-assistant.html

You'll be able to download and install a "driver updater" for Intel related stuff, after installation you'll find an icon down in your notification center in the shape of a blue circle with a spanner/wrench in it, if you right click on that and select "Check for new drivers".

If that don't show anything you might need to use this since not all drivers show up with the tool above:

https://sdi-tool.org/download/

If you download the lite version and unpack that you'll get a file named "SDI_x64_R1904.exe" which is the 64bit version of the tool, open that and when the initial pop-up appears select "download indexes only", then change the ugly grass theme to dark so you can actually look at the tool, now you'll have a window that looks like this:

You'll most likely see a bunch of drivers that it have found that are newer than the ones you got, either create a restore point via the tool and select, download and install the drivers via the tool or just use it as a pointer to what drivers you're lacking. Also keep in mind that even if you can install multiple drivers at one time I would recommend to limit it to a few at the time and restarting your computer between, of course this depends a bit on what the driver is related to like if it's the chipset drivers or the USB hub, the first a bit more critical than the last.

Then you also seem to have issues with Java and it looks like you got a version from 2017 installed, so search for "Configure Java" on your machine, go to the "Update" tab and then press "Update Now".

Then I also noticed that you haven't updated Windows to the latest version, you don't have the May 2019 version and thus not the updates that's been released after that, this most likely won't make much of a difference but it depends on what else you haven't updated.

I also find it rather strange that there is no mention of Intel HD graphics in your logs.

Another thing I noticed is that you got a TV connected, I would disconnect that while troubleshooting as well.

Edit: I had a look at the drivers your MOBO have listed on it's support page:

https://www.asrock.com/mb/Intel/Z75%20Pro3/#Download

Those are awfully out of date, so check for other sources of those.

Updatet all Drivers that this program suggested.

Java is and was up to date... at least the java configurator tells me that.

With the Intel HD graphics, i dont know... my PC runs with the 1070... i`ll check my bios...

Unplugging the TV doesn´t help, i tried that before.

I can´t really find new MOBO drivers if i´m honest... maybe because i am a little hungover.

Btw the Game crashed again after 3 battles with mods and after 1 without mods in safe mode...

Okay, so, the latest Mobo drivers i found were these:

https://drivers.soft...ver-10118.shtml

they are from 2016.. anyone got newer versions?

And the only hint i found about Logitech software is in my regestry... there is one key of a logitech camera software, but i cant find anything on my harddrive about logitech :amazed:
