nobody cares about WZ-120.

I do.

Something to do with Kongzhong or the Chinese server maybe?

I am not sure about comparing the WZ-120 to the T-54 is ideal, comparing it to the 430 is a better approach. Regardless, the WZ sure needs better turret dispersion and maybe a gun depression buff in my opinion.

Replacing the 121 with the 113, as ExistanceUK suggested above, with some modifications could work beautifully. The 113 is an excellent platform if tweaked properly to fit the medium line. I mean what's the 113 doing there after the 1-4?

Gun handling is oddly decent for the kind of guns WZ uses, it's the aimtime that is horrible ( I mean, 2.9 seconds for a MT 100mm gun at Tier 9? ). And yes -5 gun depression on the 122mm gun could also be done, as it's been already done for the 121.

Also, I'd rather 113 stays a heavy. Ok it's a fatter 121 in the end, but I'd rather mediums stay mediums and heavies stay heavies, and we don't get any more stupid stuff like Object 430U (yes I'm repeating myself here, but a medium tank with better armor than same tier heavies is just absurd, and I'm surprised I don't see many complaining about it).

I do.

I did as well, once I grinded through it, back then predecessor being WZ-132.

And then I forgot about it. Because it's weak.

Its a good tank.

it dont need buffs. 430u needs a slight nerf. so it wasnt op and better than most heavies

Going up the chinese medium line, what my experience has been like  ...

T5 - not bad, not as good as russian one due to gun depression being -5, but the overall tank is ok

T6 - not bad, the most mobile T-34-85 platform, alpha is lowish but the penetration is even lower ... requires carefull selection of ammo, but you do get great mobility

T7 - amazing, the lowest tier soviet style medium tank, i loved it

T8 - not so great tank, you can learn to love it if you start treating it like a TD/medium hybrid instead of a medium, atm on this one

T9 - i did not reach it yet, in part because i detoured through the 113 in order to ge the top gun for it much faster; can't get the 2nd gun from the light line anymore either, which was huge nerf to it; alpha seems special but not as special as it once was, Obj 430 can do slightly less alpha but better dpm, better armor, better everything really

T10 - obvious problems, and from my experience with 113 vs 5A, the improved accuracy does not counterbalance the worse aimtime and gun handling.

Got the 112

Underwhelming for a heavy but the speed on the flat is amazing

If you didn't notice the whole package of changes was cancelled for all the 5 tanks. The Leo1 and STB-1 received different and more potent buffs even during the public test iterations and the AMX 30B, the 430 and the 430U changes were postponed. Why did that happen or what WG plan was are just speculations.

You should take his advice and take a look at the RU forums, same ideas on a larger scale.

It looks like WG want to make overhaul of 430U and 121 together, like Leo and STB-1.

And AMX 30B will remain ugly duckling. So much potential but still not enough to be No1.
