You can go around the museum but it is busy compared with a normal day.  So if you want to see the exhibits then the best thing to do is stick around for a few days afterward.  Or if you can do Friday then that's not as busy.

This was my second time to TF and the third time to the museum. This trip  was primarily a people visit. Tankfest/Tiger Day is an opportunity to see things that you would not normally see.

I had the best time at Tankfest ever. 3rd visit.
I casually said hi to Quickybaby as I was sitting down to play wot on the computers. He started chatting with me and then actually sat down, picked me a tank and watched me play. It was my best battle at the Tankfest ever. I don't know how I can beat this on the next Tankfest. Woohoo!

I didn't even realise that, but it's so far for me (it took over 6 1/2 hours of travel time down) that I'll hardly be popping up there every few weeks. 

 

There are a few visitors from a little further away, obviously.

Thanks to every one who replied - just wondering whether to have a visit when I have a few free days next month  or wait til 'fest.

I would wait till tankfest next year tbh so you can meet clans but its a great day out none the less
