Too bad there isnt #4 mission with: play only one game and will be credited with 10.000 exp,...i ve seen this before

So the 10k xp gets credited to the tank you play the 5th battle with during HTH mission 3?

Yes. Completed it by mistake in a terrible battle and in the wrong tank, so make sure you keep watch on progress and pick the tank/crew you wan the reward to go to..
