Seen exactly one 1-15 last week, and two 15-4s today. I cannot imagine what The actual [edited]do you people do to get constant spankings. And I had extremely Bad Day today.

WG algorithms likes to crap on people. It the grand idea of this game. If you want win matches look at twitch streams.

15-3 seems the most common score in my games.

This Baldy just doesn’t get it.

If you get 15-1 and 1-15 then by his method all is well, the average is all-right! Get ten times 15-1 and ten times 1-15 and the bald boy will calculate an all-right-o. Get a hundred 15-1 and then a hundred 1-15 and baldys analizer gives a shining ALL-RIGHT-MY-SON.

No stat shaming, nothing personal, just play the numbers: WoT is nothing but an arcade/numbers game.

 

  • Damage ratio 0.85
  • Destruction ratio 0.72
  • Battles survived 17.79%

 

Numbers are just that, numbers, however as of now for each 7 kills you get you are killed 10 times;

once your destruction ratio reaches 1.00 you will see a tremendous turn around in both the winrate and the blowouts will greatly diminish.

 

You could object that you play mostly light tanks, true and a ratio of 0.85 damage could be perceived as nice;

however combine that with a 18% survival rate and that tells me you rush ahead and die to often.

Use more cover, rush less, observe where/if your team can damage what you spot,

And by surviving longer, you 1.38 average spot per game will increase, again helping your team do more damage,

again increasing the winrate and again decreasing blowouts.

 

Last quick observation, the 2 tanks you played most are wheeled vehicles and both have under 47% wr.

Ask yourself 2 things:

1... are your crews good enough to play wheelies ?

2... is that the best class for you right now ?

 

Caveat:

if your goal is to zip around the map like a madman damm the results, memento mori and all !

then whatever I have written above is irrelevant of course.

Keep a record for a few days and you'll see Baldy is right. I felt like I was getting rolled over in lots of battles and winning lots very quickly so I wrote down every result for a week. It might feel like it, but it aint so. My average came out as 15-6.3 for losses and 15-6.9 for wins. It was six days and over 130 battles so not a big sample but it does back up the huge volume of data from Baldrickk. There was a period of 15-2, 15-3 and other low results, but only for 6 battles in a row on a Saturday afternoon (idiot kid time?). It soon evened out again.

I think you mentioned my stats, so you are talking to me.

No worries, no offense taken b.t.w. Your assessment could be absolutely true.

 

"Are my crews good enough?" Probably not. But you have to start somewhere (which leads to question number 2). I also have no idea how long it takes or how to do it the most efficient way to get better crews other then by playing the game.

You need a boatload of XP to get perks/skills. Right now I'm at ~70% in my second skill (1st I took camo, changed to 6th sense when I gained enough xp for my commander and retrained for credits (1=100, 2=33% ish) improved accuracy while moving turret and driving for my gunner and driver. Safe stowage for the loader.

 

"...Is that the best class for now?" The reason I think wheeled vehicles is the way to go is because every player needs to learn this class from the bottom up. These vehicles are new for everyone.

The hardest part is that the enemy can smell you from 3 gridblocks away before you get the chance to spot enything. Sniping annoys people (???). Planning the right moment to break through to get to enemy arty is also hard. Specially on small maps. I like grand battles though.

 

FWIW I'm not complaining about losing rounds. Just about melting teams. Either you are dead in 60 seconds or there are no targets left to shoot at..

Back in 2011-2013, before the RNG implementation and premium ammo only with gold, the battles were more close. 15-14, 15-13, 12-13 (cap).

The game was nail biting to the last minute, and more fun and enjoying. Now with the crap MM, crap RNG, and gold spamming everywhere. It only takes 2-3 players not to gold spam, and you have the enemy team rolling with 5-15 at best. 

 

Though WG doesn't give crap what we believe so

I even seen some 0-15... which are not exciting at all albeit brief at least. 15-0 at least is profitable....

it doesn't matter what MM you have. As long as this game is free to play it will always be like this.

Things have changed...

 

Now the score difference in battles is skewed to the right, with more battles ending up with a score difference between 8 and 11.
