I have reported bugged dday last mission and WG's fantastic supporting customer randomly answered me that the event is now ended, this magnificent answer came from a fake wg worker with a random italian name.

Trustpilot is by no means 100% accurate as it takes reviews mostly from whiny 10 year old kids.

Ciao FedeITA1989, le missioni devono essere completate entro il 7 giugno 2019, poi ci sono altri 3 giorni che il bonus rimane attivo appunto fino al 10 giugno 2019!

Sfortunatamente non hai letto l'articolo originale dell'evento!

It said clearly by 10am of 7th of june but as you can see the mission never unlocked

I cant speak or read Italian (oh I  Lied: I can say Pizza!)  but I think the end date is stated clearly here:

So the last mission endend 07-june 10:00 in the morning.

luckly WG have seen all the logins and they said they are seeing what they can do

Do you mean to say you submitted the ticket while the event was on but got the reply after it had ended?

Is your mission #13 completed, and on which day, 5th or 6th ?

 

Not related, but funny that they answer in italian, even though the initial ticket was submitted in english.

Because that mission was only available for 24 hours. As we got one mission pr day unlocked. Not all 14 in one day.  So if you did try before it was unlocked. Then no dice. If you came after. Then you were to late. So what's the issue?

Friend, as you can see in your first picture, the event ended at 08:00 hrs in your time zone.

 

Bottom line you woke up to late !
