Got one on rental for two weeks. Seems to rack up credits like a printing machine!! Even crap play, zero damage losing game gave me some!! (OK, I did quite a bit of spotting but RNG didn't like me so I couldn't hit a barn door with a shotgun from 6 feet away).

Just wanted some general feedback on what people think of it.

Best sniper-(camping)-TD, worst attack-TD

Got it in the sale because I had heard that seige mode was weird but I love it

You get some weird bounces from good guns if you face off enemies

Love that tier X gun, good camo too

mobility is pretty meh because of soft stats

STRV S1 - pros and cons

1. Trains a crew for Swedish TD line.

2. Earns good credits.

3. Is inflexible.

4. Due to play style likely to rack up late game damage once the team have in effect already lost, but much less able to influence early game and carry the team to wins.

5. Likely to be decent for damage done, despite having a low win rate.

it's a typical redline camping td.

influences battles virtually no way,but always starts to rock & roll during late game.

I guess the other part of the question would be that it's 10k gold and are there other TD tanks that would be better in that price range? If you only had 10K gold, would you use it on the Strv or would you look at a different TD/TD Line?

anything that has a turret is already better.

The camo values are insane, you can be right next to it and not be able to spot it, if it's behind a bush. Best accuracy when in siege, best penetration in the tier. But yea, not good at assaulting, everything over 90mm will wreck you.

the tech tree Udes 03 is far superior, it's actually fast enough to get to early advanced positions and relocate like a boss during the battle. playing the strv feels like it has a broken engine, just for a pointless extra bit of armour. if you're getting shot, you're doing it wrong :teethhappy:

I 3-marked it recently. Very good credit grinder, never needs gold. Very boring to play though.

I like it and use it as a training vehicle for crews. As others pointed out: very good camper TD. Also makes good credits. But if you want a more flexible vehicle, this one isn’t very good

Is that the TD that people like to push upside down and off cliffs?
