Guys, any opinion about 50TP prot? I hesitate to buy it or not. They said it's a Defender 2.0, but I'm not sure about that. Thanks in advance.

take note that 50tp is no defender. it's armor is not so great. it's poor penetration makes it weak against high armor targets. you can't pen O ho frontally!

It's a pity there's no possibility to change Scorpion G to Scorpion, or, as it was some time earlier, to buy the second "the same" tank with some 50% discount.

It's ok but it's hard to find a reason as to why you should spend money on it. I have not even touched the Polish line yet even though I have both this one and a Pudel, so paying real money to train a crew for it is highly questionable to me. But maybe you have tried it on the test server and really wants a 60tp. Then sure.

Oh look, the Skorpion again....

 

I've had a gut feeling for a long time and I finally did a count Today.

 

In this announcement section on the first page there are 45 "News" articles and of those, 19 are "Please give us more cash"..... Nearly 50% is begging for cash.

Maybe......just *maybe* focus more on genuine news rather than rubbles.

I have both of the Skorpions but as for the 50TP, i shall hold off getting that one until i actually decide to grind the Polish line

Absolutely not worth it, in my opinion. It's slow, it's gun is okish at best. Armor doesn't work very well. Buy a defender instead.

It is popular because it is a carry machine, if you know what you are doing and is one of the most profitable premiums. But it is definitely not forgiving to mistakes. It is huge with poor camo for a TD and it has no armor. In desperate times you can play it as a high alpha medium, but don't expect to survive long in close range fights. Don't buy it for now, first learn how bushes and spotting mechanics work as those are the main allies of a long range TD(a spotted skorpion in the open is a dead skorpion, usually within seconds).  I see you already have the Kjpz 105, when you improve your performance in it and feel confident with the playstyle, then get the skorpion if you wish, they are close in their intended roles as fast sniping TDs, you will be trading pen and camo for a turret and higher alpha.

Armor can troll you in many ways, both positive and negative.

It's toothless. OP against lower tiers, crapagainst higher tiers.

I got itfor rental from twitch prime and i was happy i haven't spent money to buy it.

No point in grinding polish line actually... You will see quickly. Tier 5 worked for me (maxed with free exp), tier 6 is slow, have no camo, no armor and very good gun - bad tank but can work while sitting in bush.

Tier 7 - crap for me.

Tier 8 - play as a medium

Tier 9 - i don't want to give free xp for that so it will sit in garage until i need credits.

YEP i CAN RECOMMEND, I use it to grind credits, along with IS3A, they net me around 500k credits/h without boosters, with 50% booster i can grind around 1,5 mio  credist in 2 h.

That depends on how noob.

 

It was my first paid premium and I didn’t have a clue at the time. I foolishly used it to train 2-3 German TD crews from scratch. No camo crew accompanied with no 6th sense, and this is very unforgiving.

 

It’s a good crew trainer from after 1st skill (6th sense and camo) - assuming you are not using directives. Also it  can work without those skills if you play within the 445m to max view range bands, but not sure all noobs would be so tactically astute.

 

Great tank but punishing for actual noobs - my stats on this tank will be forever borked by those many early clueless games :o

I struggled a lot with the Tier 6 which was enough for me to stop there, need to pluck up some courage if i want to continue up that line lol
