That is not a ranked battles, it should be called as a gold spam op cw reward tank's battles.

I loved old Ranked Battles because even with lack of time, without luck and gold ammo you could get to the leagues. Now you have to get 60 ranks which are impossible if you have no luck, time and gold ammo. Hopefully, it will change as it was.

If clan wars reward tanks are not available for all people for bonds at least at over price: 15000 - 20000 bonds why owner ot these tanks can destroy random battle ? Make them able to fight only in clan wars or ranked.

Fight with tier 8 against chieftain cw tank is nice balance

I really wanted to work on ranked battles, i started with great enthusiasm and then i gave up. 

im not the best player, but i supposed i should be able to progress a bit, even if i ended in the lowest divisions etc. 

I ended up bleeding credits, i guess i knew that was gonna happen, and the whole experience wasn't rewarding.

i played 3 battles and laughed and went to play ships, which has a much better ranked system, its a clear credit sink with very little reward, spend dev recources on more maps, not this failed gamemode

I hope someone makes a comparison like wotclue did on the RU Server.

There the ranked season flopped massively. Numbers are even lower than they were with Beta Season 2. There the numbers were already horrible. 

 

It is just a failed Game Mode WG holds on to.

On the Leader Board, I had a look at page 59 (the last page in the silver league).

 

Look at the clans that some of those players are in ...

DE-VI, PERL, ZWACK, MEME, GX, NOMI, FEST.

 

Even on page 118, most of the players are 8-9K Personal Rating.

 

It's difficult to justify unless you actively enjoy losing and frustration.

Go to leaderboard and your name is in the bottom of the page. Click your number to go to the page.

The season lasted way too long and frontline episode it is a little too short.

In WOT I am looking for long and epic battles and not a one flank noobs push.

To have epic battles in this game you need bigger maps, more dispersed starting location between tanks and slower tanks all around. 

This is a game with heavy metal, not a need for speed.
