By using the software all users agree that Wargaming has the right to harvest any and all internal organs as and when the need arises.

It says that if you don't agree with the new terms of service you will be refunded from all premium tanks you have and premium account time left.

Better check the link first though - ideally the mail-address of the sender too - just to check that it's no scam of sorts ^^

^^^^^Normally if there has been a change to the ToS, one is prompted to read and approve upon login - likewise for the first start after installing an update.

Edit: Sensible mode active for a limited time.

Section 6.5 which deals with updating your payment methods is changed, think that relates to the PSD2 guideline that went into force in the EU last year somehow. Basically your card details in Wargaming's database get autoupdated in cooperation with your bank unless you tell your bank not to do it.

Section 14.1 which deals with how to terminate your account is slightly changed.

think that's it.

More rights for them and less for you.

If you do not agree, lose your money.

No, you will be refunded unused gold and premium time.

This is totally illegal BTW. Because account with premium tanks will lose tons of money. So they force you to accept. If you have time to lose it is an easy win in EU, will cost time and money...

Nothing illegal about it. The clause states that if you delete your account this will delete any digital purchased goods. If you don't want that, don't delete your account. If you do delete your account, you are destroying your right to use these digital goods yourself. All the clause does is protect Wargaming from pointless faffing about restoration of purchased tanks if people ever make another account and from silly refund claims from people who think they have a right to these goods outside of Wargaming's gaming services.

Incidentally the clause that describes that, wasn't one of the changed ones. You know what changed about deleting your account? Instead of doing it through support you can do it through the account management privacy page. So it's nothing about "more rights for them".

True, I was assuming a certain level of cautious good sense on the part of the OP.

Not in the Netherlands. Our banks do NOT give records without explicit consent.

Meaning that you need to go through a process (clicking a button) to make this happen.

Honestly I'm not a major fan of this entire process to begin with, but can you tell me if you need to give specific permission per company or general permission for updating? 'cause if it's the second case the clause still makes perfect sense for the Dutch, as they could specify exceptions and Wargaming's basically only saying "We're a part of this too".
