Now I know these guys to take a bit of a bashing on here but today the automated response system must have been off.

 

I went to my depot to sell some Auto Fire Extinguishers, forgot to change the Qty option and sold all of the bloody things by mistake, quick ticket to customer support and a few hours latter they were added back to my account.

 

So Thank you to the person at the other end.

I could say - replay or it didn't happen ;)

 

However I had the same good service from them. I got some gold by mistake, raised a ticket, explained the error, sent a screenshot showing all the gold was there - unspent.

 

Within a few hours I'd say I got my refund back.

 

One happy bunny :)

Same with a tank from the black market bought with credits (a 0 more than what I thought) : they took it back.

Who'd have thought there wouldn't be any sarcasm in this thread?  But yeh, they usually do a pretty good job for any tickets relating to transactions, even ones just for silver.

to be honest i never had a bad experience with customer support, they do their job quite well.

That is kinda odd. As far as I'm aware WG support never used to fix human errors, they would only reimburse something if it was out of the player's control.

I sent them a screenshot showing my service record and transaction(bottom right) and said I wouldn't play any games until Id heard back from them so as not to complicate things, all they had to do was remove the credits and give me the Extinguishers back. Think if I had played another game it would not have happened.

Had an issue with a vehicle not showing up when that black market thingy was around, submitted a ticket, issue was resolved within minutes if memory serves me right. Since the guy who helped me had already closed the ticket I figured I wouldn't waste his time by reopening it just to say thanks, but I was pleasantly surprised by the experience.
