I had completed the secondary missions for Union 10 Raise the flag. This should mean that when I complete the primary mission it counts as a dobule, but when I completed the primary it only counted as a single.

Can anyone explain this?

If you can't be bothered to translate that, then neither can I. Based on guesses I'm wondering how you can be in the top 5 by XP by firing two shots with 0 assist though.

In order to double you progress you have to fulfill primary (cap) and secondary (be in the top 5) in the same battle. With only 400 dmg I doubt you made the secondary.

Do I have to do another secondary in the same game as I complete the primary? I was by far the in the top 5.

The secondaries were already done. And the primary only states "cap the base".

But if what you say is true then I understand. It had to be something. Thanks for the explanation.

You can still complete secondary objective even after you fulfill the requirements for the reward. In this case, as has been pointed out, you probably were not in top 5, hence the x1 multiplier.

Should there ever be a next time, include screenshots showing (proving) that you've met certain conditions. In this case being in the top 5 for XP. A mere 2 shots of damage normally would not get one a top 5 ranking, unless the capture was completed early on in the game and hardly anyone had gotten a shot of yet (not too uncommon on Mines encounter for example).
