Once you add in all the fancy bits you can get 130 to 140% on your crew

Food in particular is a pay-to-win item

100%crew all trained on repairs to 100%.

Large repair kit

Bonded Toolbox

Bonded vents

Extra rations

and  perhaps even the Pre-attle Maintenance directive.

He means first aid kit not repair.  Cooldown in 90 seconds?  Even with 2 I can't see how he has a kit available at 20 second intervals.

Okay, I watched the replay, and the answer is really simple.

The little flag icon you always see above his tank? Yeah, whenever you stun him, the stun counter HIDES BEHIND THE FLAG ICON and you can no longer see if he's stunned or not. Rest assured though, he was still stunned, I could see from his movements (crippled traverse rate) that he was stunned after the counter 'hid' behind the flag icon.

Note; the flag icon means that tank is capturing the base.

The stun timer is replaced after a couple of seconds by the little flag that shows he's capping. He's not clearing the stun, it's being over-written to avoid cluttering the tags.

Oh, and I'd like to mention that cheats like the OP describes are impossible due to server-side calculations.

Actually iirc, that's the engineering tool that's active "reducing cap time". As not all cappers have it above their heads all the time.

Keep in mind that consumables are server side. Just like reload's etc. It's rather tricky for a client-side mod to alter those to be available every 20 seconds. As you have to alter the server info. I suspect WG would notice that if a popular mod did that suddenly.

I thought something like this would be the case, but yea, from the replay I was a bit confused at first.

The mistery's been solved but note that consumables aren't limited to 1 per type. You could bring 3 medkits if you wanted, I don't think they share cooldown.

Afaik, they are limited to one per type.

At best you can carry one large and one small

Logical fallacy.  Like people assuming UFO means alien.  Completely forgetting the U stands for unidentified.  You do not understand what is happening and immediately assume cheat.  A less loaded question would be.  Can somebody explain this?

You're probably right, still, this means you could medkit your crew twice within 20 seconds.

With 2 you could do twice in 2 seconds.  The point was it looked like he did it 4 times with 20 second intervals which isn't possible with a 90 second cooldown.

incoming warning point

each time you provide proof on this forum you get punished.

First of all:

Don't advertise cheats.

If you know you're going to get a warning point over it, why the bloody hell do you even post it.

Second of all:

Cheats can't do what you described.
