Sometimes , if I have stopped playing for an hour or so and then press battle!, the battle takes ages to load and when it does there is a WoT logo in the centre with a statement "Loading interfa ... " above it and I cannot use my keyboard, only my mouse, so I can rotate and shoot and that's the only think I can do. If I try to restart the game, I cannot log in because I "am already on a different server". I can only log back into the game once I am dead or if the battle has been won. Any solution to that? Does anyone else experience this. It started only happening lately after v1.5.

As for the logging in, if you select the same server then you won't get that problem.  I guess you have it on auto and the game is reconnecting you to the other server.

As for the problem in general, my guess is power saving settings in Windows is kicking in or you are low on RAM.

regarding the logging in, as stated above, just disable the auto login and re connect to the same server u were before.

Regarding the freezing,I dont know whether it is exactly the same thing but i had two occurrences where keyboard strokes were not doing anything. Only mouse was responsive. it was like that for a minute or so, then i got spotted and i fired to the tank that spotted me and suddenly keyboard keys were working again(lucky for me arty finished him off).

In the second time, it happened right as the game started. Tried to move forward but keyboard keys were doing nothing again, only mouse was responsive. So i went to settings to see if something had changed to the key bindings, i reset all keyboard bindings and then keyboard was responsive again.

cant really be sure though what the fault was...

The keyboard not working has happened to me a few times, but diving under the desk and re-plugging it solves the problem. I think you have two separate problems, the server, and you need to re-boot your keyboard.

Thank you all. Yes maybe it's two separate problems, although the fact that this always happened after not playing for sometime (in the order of hours) made me think that something about server selection was maybe an issue. Your experiences sound similar to mine. I will try to replug my keyboard next time. Not sure if I can reset the settings while I am in the battle, since to reset I would have to escape and this is not possible if the keyboard is unresponsive.

Have you checked the power saving settings in Windows.

Then log out if you aren't playing.  You will save electricity too.

Definitely doesn't seem to be in-game issues. Laptop or PC? Are you running more than one screen, does the keyboard work outside of WoT?

BTW I just noticed 22k games in one year!!!! only smoke fella that's some game play addiction

A lot of battles were low tier, so it was possible to get 100 battles in something like 5-6 hours per day. I run more than one keyboard, that could be an issue. Neither keyboard, however, has an issue outside WoT, as long as I can get out of WoT while the keyboard is unresponsive, which takes some trying. The fact that the problem appears when I go into battle seems to suggest it has something to do with that, however remotely.

If I should choose a server, which EU server has the fewest noobs?

Noobs as in new players, or noobs as in people who play like nit-wits?

Either way it's hit and miss on both servers, but personally I have found that there's more sensible team play at this time of day on both servers, with a downhill trend commencing at 1700 (UK).

I've had the game freeze on me twice during countdown since last update. Didn't have that before for years.
