Mate, don't look at your game client comparison tool ... look at this page:

The Bulldog has 380 view range and the HWK 12 has 400.

This is getting confusing. I shouldn't go after the number that the game is telling me that the tanks have? I mean I go to the tech tree and see what view range the turret says it has. And that's not the way to see what its view range is?

No, ... if you own a tank, the client comparison tool shows the statistics of the tank as it is with all the additional modules/food/crew skills, etc. ...

... when you want to see the raw/stock stats of a tank, you need to click on the "Configure" button that exists under the tank's image (at the tank's stats column) and from the panel that appears you have to remove EVERYTHING from the tank ...

 

... no need to worry, this method does not originally removes anything from your tank, it works only for the comparison tool.

Never used that comparison tool but your numbers seem correct if we are talking about stock configurations. I was not aware that we use stock numbers when we talk about tank performance nowadays. My bad.

Clearly you assess performance when elite. It makes no sense to do so with stock configuration. Stock is temporary until you free so or grind the modules.

 

So yes, type 62 has very good view range for tier 7, but some t8 lights are better. The hwk12 and 30 are best in class at 410m.

But how many battles would you play with stock or near stock configuration as opposed to elited vehicle? Assuming you don't make use of generous amounts of free xp.

E50 has 135 alpha damage. Type 62 > E50.

65.811 battles (almost 20 k of them with tier VI Light Tanks vs tier IX and even vs tier X tanks) and a few thousand more battles on mods which the battles are not counted at the total battle amount ...

... Hmmmm, yes, I do not have game-play experience ... I will try to play a little more.
