Let's be honest Wargaming and people of the universe (players); Tier by tier Tortoise is better and fun to play than Badger, more or less the same with T95 and E3.

Would not you like these tanks to change their position in their respective lines ?. It's easy to do and with delicious results, why those tier 10 should be worst than tier X ones ¿?, so why not to change..

They looks better tier by tier because tier 9 is well balanced. But this swap would just make suffer the former tier 9 and make horribly OP the former tier 10.

My Tortoise is just fine on tier 9. I doubt I would play it more as a tier X considering the... issues tier X has atm.

The Tortoise has had to be over buffed to make it work at tier IX, IRL it would be more suited to tier VIII.

E3 is an armoured God.

Badger is hulldown impenetrable, which is it's main purpose too.

Working as intended. Your idea is rubbish.

T95 and Tortoise at tier 9 are pretty good, doesn't mean they belong to tier 10 or that the Badger and the E3 belong to tier 9. Every line got good and bad tanks distributed randomly across the tiers.

It is not impenetrable, i got penned easily, likewise in my IS-7's turret, JT went through it like butter with gold, twice...

No it's not. In fact Badger actually is a bit "butter" for others tier X. Check tanks.gg or play it on live or testserver.. almost all tier X can pen you with gold or hit you with abusive damage using heat ammo.

I really don't understand some players, they want to have armor, accuracy, mobility, dpm and gun dep all mixed in one tank, badger is good enough, all you have to do is to "support" your team from far, not to rush to front lines, nobody will pen you if you won't rush to front lines with a turret less tank. :bush:

And about e3, it has a real good armor, once i tried to shot it's lower plate with my foch 155 from distance of 150 m, but it just bounced, and it was open field! :D

So it depends on how you play your tank, t95 is a real tough tank, but the commander hatch is a big problem, and it has two not only one, and  being a low profile tank can bring you other problems, like once i rushed to a t 95 with my obj 263 and sticked to it's face, it literally couldn't do anything and i destroyed it. :P

No reason to introduce the idiotic design of the Badger to T9.
The other swap could be done without much trouble, not much needs to be changed there skyway.

That is an understatement -

(That is recent WR curves for both T95 and Torty)

They got overbuffed and they are two of the most OP tank on tier, they seem to get a pass because they are slow, but you can't massively buff a weakness of a tank without slightly addressing its other characteristics a little bit (unless its a truly terrible tank, which neither were)  T95 got a massive mobility buff and everything else stayed the same, so it used to be very good gun, very good armour, terrible mobility, now its got ok mobility and its clear what happens. And Torty used to have amazing gun, ok mobility (in terms of super armoured tanks here), ok armour, and now has amazing gun, very good armour and ok mobility.

Both need toning down a little.

They would probably be fine on tier 10 with an HP adjustment, but then Badger and E3 would be horrifically OP in current form adjusted to tier 9, we've seen how good the 263 and 430 armour platforms are now after dropping a tier.

Not when I take mine out, as yesterday I was in Overlord, in a concrete ring, AND still being damaged by long range unseen campers!!!!

But it got better when I took it out and started hunting instead.

Is the T95 fun to play now? I sold mine long before all them wheelies and other lights appeared, so I wonder why you say it's fun to play. Isn't it a sitting fat duck marginally playable only on corridors?

Is a rock and fun because you bounce like a maniac. If you like that play style... (I love it) (but prefer the Tortoise, it's more versatile)

You'd have to rebalance all of them to fit their new tiers better, so what would be the point? After a few months you'd be here asking for them to switched back because the tier IX are more fun. They're not more fun because of the tanks, they're more fun because tier IX vehicles are very close to tier X in terms of overall performance and will crap all over lower tiers without having to worry about something two tiers higher dominating them.
