The only thing that could make this tank interesting for me is if the dozer blade could move so you could like adjust it to cover different bits of the tank, like put it above the turret to hide the cupola, that would make it interesting.

That'd probably be possible with UML, but that's mod stuff and wouldn't affect the actual game. That WG Hasn't experimented with stuff like that is a bit sad.

It is and it means that this tank is basically a very bad tier 8 medium with a dozer blade that does very little but add a little spaced armour to the hull, which is made rather pointless because why shoot a hull with spaced armour when you have a giant auto-pen cupola you can always see.

You did not throw 59-Patton into the comparison against the "Fatton"...

I am disappointed. :(

1.) 7500 gold

2.) ...

3.) Profit

I havnt spent a dime on this game since they announced prem ammo changes, since I want to see how that plays out, if it ever happens. BUT if I where, I'd NEVER buy any tank with a huge arse copula. Period. I dont care what other stats the tanks has, because if you come across an enemy with half a functional brain, you are going to have a very bad time. Look at the E5, it would not be top dog if they removed the copula, but it would be playable, but as it is now, I havnt played it since the nerf.

59-Patton and M4 Rev are 7200, Cent 5/1 RAAC is 7300.....

So they're in the same ballpark, +-1€.

I'd say that makes sense, too.

Slow/cuppola < 8000 gold.

Not bad for a Tier 8 tank.

The RAAC is a much superior tank to this, no giant cupola, better turret armour, better gun depression, better pen, better accuracy, better view range, similar DPM, similar alpha, much better mobility.

Slightly better gun handling is all this tank has for being worse in every other way.

And the M4 Rev is about as slow, but then has 390 alpha, excellent gun handling, better shell velocity, view range, gun depression.

I don't really 'it's cheap' being a valid excuse for it being awful when there are several better versions at a similar price. Hell its the same price and very similar in stats to a Super Pershing, but with arguably worse armour, but the SP has limited MM......

The M4 Rev is so utterly fugly though, with that horrible muzzle brake… :(

An oversight that should be corrected. There you go. :)

Spoiler

The Super Pershing looks better than it actually is because it got a crew and equipment.

When a tank is losing to a 59-Patton in almost every area that is worrying.

I think this (in current state) could be one of the worst premiums they have ever released. This thing reeks of original FV4202 sort of stats.

B-but, it has armour right? It's clearly going to be very effective in it's role, clearly. Look at how strong the turret is. :P

...Maybe they plan on introducing Punishment Tanks to complement the Reward Tanks we already have... "Get reported often enough and you will be forced to do 500 battles in a Punishment Tank before you can pick your garage tanks again" … :D

I almost never state my own opinion in these topics. I can't present something and judge it at the same time since i am just relaying data. That's for you guys to discuss and decide whether it's good or not. Although in this case the stats couldn't be more clear. It's a weak tank and it won't be nice if this was chosen out of the 3 candidates to be a marathon reward.

Well let's hope it sees some more changes before release as its a cool looking model IMO, so would be a shame if its awful.

Also seems a pretty simple change to me to give it the tier 10 Patton's cupola, speed and probably engine power.

I also thought we had moved past the point of higher tier meds going 40kph, it's the joint slowest (with the Rev which could do with a speed buff itself) med in the game above tier 6.  The IS-7 has 50% better speed and hp/ton than this 'medium'.

Is "insanely cool" an oxymoron for this tank relating to its purchase and looks?

Yes, and I think it's a fantastic tank for tank collectors.

I think the purchase would be a "deliberate accident" and demonstrate much "foolish wisdom" and be quite "seriously funny". I look forward to the "deafening silence" of those displaying astute "military intelligence" as they post about their "love-hate" relationship with the tank.
